28My phone slightly works better after these techs supposedly fixed my touch screen issue. They repaired my phone screen but didnt fix the gitterness of it when it bounces all over the place. And they do not stick to the price upfront i got scammed outta $98 for a screen reapir when expirimac charges $39. Do not go these people they are not exepectionally authorized to fixed phones. Especially if you have an iphone do go there. Or onyx consulting in decatur
My iPad needed a new screen and Luke not only replaced the screen, but also straightened a bad dent in the metal edge. It now looks like new! Fast, courteous service at a fair price.
I would give them less if I could. Comepleyely scammed me of my money and time. Told me originally replacing my screen would be $149 then went up to $169 when taking the phone in the back then when checking out actually charged me $185. So they either scammed me or lied to me. Either way they were really unprofessional when it came to pricing. Not to mention it takes them up to 2 hours to replace a phone screen.there are YouTube videos to replace a phone screen and I don’t think they’re 2 hours long. Should have went somewhere else, I guess that’s what I get for just trying to go to the closest open.
They did a great job repairing and the price was right. Only complaint is it takes FOREVER to take your order and get the process started. Plan on sitting around 20+ minutes watching the worker type into the computer.
Once he's done typing, the repair was fine.
Set your expectations accordingly and factor that wait time into your price comparisons.
My laptop would not come on. They checked it out and found the problem and I had my laptop back the next day.
I was helped Saturday by Gordon and he gave me amazing customer service and fixed my phone in 30 minutes. If you're a stressed about your smart phone go to this location and ask for Gordon!
I was expecting my laptop's hard drive to be replaced but the technician, Luke, was very thorough and found that it actually had a faulty registry, which was much cheaper for him to fix. Not only were all my files saved but I ended up saving $110 on repairs (including student discount). Highly recommend to any emory student with a computer that needs fixing
