Darryl spent around 20min to replace a key on my keyboard at no charge! This location has great customer service and I would recommend anyone to come here first for any issues with their electronic devices (they offer free diagnostics).

I will never go anywhere else for iPhone repair again. Had an iPhone that would not backup, would not reboot or restore. I thought I had lost all of my photos for good. AT&T and Apple support were unsuccessful in their efforts. UbreakIfix was successful and I am so very grateful. Not to mention, they were done in a couple of hours.

Took in pair of beats by dre headphones to repair broken band. Parts were ordered quickly and repairs completed as soon as parts were received. Stayed in contact and kept me informed as to repair progress. Unfortunately in the end they could not be repaired due to no fault of their own, but since they could not repair it they did not charge a single penny. I felt bad for wasting their time but they were still courteous and professional through the entire experience. Definitely a return customer for any of my electronic repairs needed in future.

Such a great experience with these guys! They were able to fit me in even though I came in less than 2hrs before closing. They fixed my screen perfectly with no issues and had it done in about 2hrs! They were even able to wait a couple of minutes after closing on me because I got stuck in traffic! I highly recommend!

I brought my phone here because the website said they can repair a OnePlus phone. I could have sent it to the OnePlus service center, but that takes a couple weeks and these guys were willing to do it in a couple days. At this point, the phone was working but the screen was cracked. I prepaid for the screen and they called me to tell me that it had come in. After the first repair, the LED lights were permanently on. I told them about this right away and they said that they'll look into it. I took the phone on a business trip and the touchscreen started freaking out and not letting me use the phone at all. They replaced the screen again but this time the fingerprint sensor would not work, the touch screen would freak out periodically, and the phone no longer looked right. The screen was sitting way up on top of the phone instead of flush with rounded edges. They shrugged their shoulders and I told them this was unacceptable. They refunded me the money I paid them but now my phone was much more damaged than when I first came to them. It turns out that they made the phone unrepairable now by putting in off-market parts. They should not have told me they could do a repair they were incapable of doing. A real mensch would have replaced the phone that they damaged beyond repair, but you won't find a real mensch here.

UPDATE: Below they asked me to call their corporate office. I did so and they said they would call me back within a day. They responded via e-mail and told me that the technician entered my phone in as "untestable" therefore they have no responsibility for it. To get the phone repaired now, after they have destroyed it, would cost $330 at the Acer Service Center, and buying a new one is currently $409. So, that's it for this phone. I feel I have been treated extremely dishonestly from day one, if they were going to enter the phone so as to not worry about warranty.

I’ve taken many broken iPhones here and have always been satisfied. Took my MacBook Pro yesterday and got a call today from Eric. Turns out there was a piece of plastic stuck to the fan and the system has been corrupted. Eric took the piece out, ran a diagnostic test, and didn’t charge me anything. I’m going to attempt to wipe out and reinstall myself and take it in if it doesn’t work.

Professional, quick, thorough, and above all integrity in the work and price!

One advice would be to upload their app for more benefits.

The Apple store would not replace the battery in my iPhone 6 because one end has a slight, almost unnoticeable bow in the case. I decided to check with uBreakiFix before conceding into buying a new phone. Glad I did! No hassles! Less than an hour later I have a new battery! Thank you!

I love this place. I was referred to them by Best Buy and was prepared to spend a lot of money to fix my tablet. The problem turned out to be from an app I had downloaded. They found it and fixed it at no charge. What a blessing! I highly recommend uBreakiFix.

Just wanted to say how nice Ryan was today fixing the shattered screen on my Iphone 6. I called and asked if they could fix it before closing and he said if I made it by 6: 30pm I could. I got my 3 daughters quickly in the car and drove there as fast as I could from Decatur. I did not make it there until a little after 6: 40 but Ryan graciously agreed to fix my screen. Service was good at first and they guarantee that if your phone has water damage, and they can't fix it they will put your old parts back on, refund your money, & you can go to the Apple Store to purchase a new one. But when you ask for parts they "discard" them therefore they do not refund all of your money. And if you don't agree with their policy, corporate won't help you. Don't waste your time here

Derrick did a fantastic job meeting the time he'd assured my phone would be available and as far as fixing my phone. I came in with an issue the LCD display and they replaced it without any issues or hiccups. I'd recommend them to anyone needing to get their phone fixed.

Fixed my iPhone five months ago, worked great. Today my screen completely started glitching out, I did not drop it or mishandle it. Be cautious, I now have to spend $600.

Came in 3 weeks ago and they repaired my phone and gave 10% off due to repeat customer from out of state. Had to come in again and find out dude never even offered the plan to get your phone repaired for $9 and the 2 year warranty (!). Could have saved me a lot of money. Guy today didn't even try to keep the business, went to PHONE FIXERY a lot cheaper by 20 bucks and a lot nicer! Actually tried to help resolve the problem.

Highly recommend. Traveled 45 min to this place "out of the way" due to stellar reviews. They were just as advertised. Lebron helped me out here. Professional, courteous and on point with the time estimate! Got me in and out with a badly cracked iphone 6s screen/glass. Will come here for ANY smart phone related problems.
