18Stay away, don’t know how to fix stuff. Ended up going on YouTube and fixing my phone my self.
When I say JJ was a God send.he was professional, showed patience, was quick to identify the problem, and even faster at resolving the issue we had with my daughter's cell. We have been to this location a few times since they have been here and the customer service is always on point - the quality of their service. Topnotch! We are grateful!
The staff was friendly professional and very quick. I was in and out in about 30 mins. Thank you guys for your hard work and replacing my screen so fast.
They argued with me about the advertised price, but ended up giving it to me anyway. I appreciate that they honored the price, but I don’t understand why there needs to be an argument about what you have on your website. If I ever need my screen fixed again I will just drive to another city. My screen is in good repair though.
Phoebe was phenomenal. I feel that she went above and beyond her job on assisting me with getting a new phone set up for me. Phoebe even came out to my car to set up the new phone. We need more customer service personel that are people friendly like her. This place is a must go to.

Haven't had such an amazing customer service interaction as I did with thr manager Phoebe.in years! She greeted me with a big smile and was willing to invest her time and attention to my issue until we were both satisfied that she had resolved it. Thank you. You don't find many people willing to go above and beyond any more these days. I truly appreciate your help.
JJ was awesome, got my PS5 back to working in only a couple hours and got it back same day. Was having overheating issues but not anymore! Highly recommend coming here.
Hey when I walked in and the young man asked me about my phone I told him that it was not charging and when it was just one little bump would cause it to stop. He checked it out and fixed the problem within minutes and now my phone is doing its right thing again
I rarely give a 5 star rating but this team was 4+. They were attentive, helpful and completed the repair within an hour while I waited. This is my only form of communication so getting it back that day was so important to me and much appreciated.
We had to knock on the door during open hours to get the store opened and the clerk seemed completely un-interested in the repair. When we asked for specifics timeframe to order parts etc.they acted like they didn't want to do anything. Whew off to another location because we were advised that they are not related.
I needed to get the charging port on my phone cleaned, because my phone would not charge consistently. They did a good job cleaning it and also saw that my microphone and speakers needed cleaning and they did that along with my charging port.
No time management, awful at communicating, and waste of time. Expect your phone to be finished with whatever it is in double the time they say.
I’m here in Georgia from out of state visiting my daughter and her family. I dropped my phone while we were out and looked at the screen and it was shattered. I thought to myself “ it’s ok, it’s just the screen protector that is shattered”. I showed it to my husband who removed the screen protector after I got a piece of glass in my thumb and low and behold the screen itself was busted as well. I called ubreakitifixit and they gave me the advice to see if I had insurance and thank goodness, I did! I took it to them today and dropped it off and they replaced the screen and had it back to me in just a few hours. Everything worked the same as it did before I broke it! Thank you guys so very much
My son’s iPad needed to get fixed, so I took it here on a Saturday, shortly after noon. The “technician” said that they needed to order a part, and was told it would be ready in 3-5 days. Ok.
Tuesday rolls around and I call to check the status thinking it would soon be ready, as they had repaired my phone in less than 2 hrs previously- well I was unaware of their business hrs, therefore it was only the first day of the expectations that were set for when my iPad would be ready for pickup. “Once we get the part, one of our guys will jump on it and complete the repair. ” Annoying, but again… ok.
Saturday (5 business days later), I call again and was told the person who was working on it was off and had not left a note regarding its status, so the person who answered wasn’t sure if it was ready or not. Bc the last they knew of the repair was that when the part came, something did not fit. They stated they would attempt to contact the other person and find out the details and give me a call back to let me know whether or not the repair was done. They never called me back.
Another Tuesday rolls around, and now I’m being told that my iPad was on its way to the depot for the repair bc it would take longer if it stayed in-house since they still had not gotten the proper parts, and that my iPad should definitely be ready by Saturday.
Guess what? Today is Saturday, TWO WEEKS LATER, and they’re STILL GIVING ME some half story about why the repair for my iPad is still incomplete.
EDIT: I called the number left by the “owner”, Those People didn’t do anything either. I actually had to call that number twice, and was told someone would reach out within 48 hrs. No contacts were made.
Truly unbelievable.

I dropped my device (S22 ultra) off at 10: 51am.i was told it would be 2-3 hours since my screen was a simple fix. I received it back at 4: 30pm (yes 5 and a half hours later) and now my front camera is super BLURRY! I need my phone camera for social media posts and I can't even use it! Not happy at all.
I make appointment, filled out my needs but when got there they don’t have that battery, I when somewhere else without appointment and 20 dollars cheaper
