I had to go back to get the fingerprint scanner calibrated. It took a couple minutes to fix. Other than that, no problems. The original repair was completed faster than quoted.

Store employees were very nice and the repair was quicker than I was expecting. Excellent experience.

Great first experience with Asurion. My screen needed to be replaced and the tech repair specialist came on time and sent his ETA. Conducted the repair quickly and efficiently!

My family has dealt with Ubreakifix a couple times in the past and we've always been satisfied with the service.

The first appointment was missed by the tech. There was no text or call other than the lady telling me they were behind, which came at the end of the appointment window. They never showed. Rescheduled, and had a better experience. The tech still couldnt make my scheduled time but did communicate with me and came when able. Communication and service was much better the second time.

Brought my ps5 in 3 times and told them the issue with it and every time I brought it in all they did was clean it, come home to find out my ps5s not working all 3 times

The only problem is my face. Recognition is not working. I understand from my research I need to contact Asurion again regarding this issue.

Miscommunication and unfriendliness. Manager says one thing and staffs have no idea.poor coordination among staffs in general. I will never go there again or recommend any of my colleagues to use them.

My grandson's switch had a broken slide for joy con. It was fixed in less than 3 hours. Very satisfied with the work.

Tucker was very professional and personable. Did an excellent job repairing my cracked screen.

The gentleman that came and fixed my phone was nice. My only complaint is that it was 2 and half hours after the appointment that was scheduled and had to interrupt a very important meeting at work. There was also hardly to no communication letting me know this was going to happen. I had to get someone to reach out to the company to find out what was going on.

Walked in.gave them the phone, a few hours later they called to let us know if was fixed.it was a galaxy s23 ultra and they were close to $150 less than anywhere else to fix it

They were fantastic!
They took my phone right away and told me it would be ready in 2 hours. It was ready at that point and everything was fixed and as good as new. I highly recommend them. They were professional and did a great job!
