I was very pleased with their service not only did they order the glass for the mini Cooper and plastic parts and I expected about a week for every to come in like I was told. The stuff came in the next morning and they called and I was shocked at how quick stuff arrived and they installed the glass the next day. Basically from calling on Wednesday and installed on Friday. I would highly recommend and prices were reasonable

Absolute maniac driver. On GA 400 S 10/26 around 2pm the driver was tailgating every car within inches of their bumper, while going about 90 mph, he was continuously swerving in the breakdown lane trying to push people to go faster. Due to the lack of care for the lives of others that you put at risk multiple times on the highway today, I will never be using this company. It’s unfortunate that there are so many reviews relating to this same issue.

This guy drives like a lunatic and almost caused an accident. Very unprofessional. Would avoid this business at all costs.

My windshield claim was handled quite well and the technician (Jack) that removed the damaged windshield and installed the new one was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Was shocked to see an employee driving the company van going 90+ mph on 575 north Thursday 8/24 at 740 pm swerving in and out of traffic. Scary to witness

Great service worked around where I was parked even though I offered to move. Tech that habdled my call was efficient and worked quickely.

Katie is really on the ball with Communicating and scheduling my windshield replacement. Jose called ahead of appointment and was on time. His detail for a well sealed and mounted windshield could be even better than the original (OEM). Thank you both for a friendly and timely repair.

My daughter needed a new windshield due to a rock hitting it. I contacted them and Abby set an appointment that worked perfect for my daughter’s schedule. Jack came out to our house and did a great job! He was on time and super friendly. The new windshield looks amazing and she could safely drive back to college. Thank you Ultimate Glass for a job well done!

Absolute god awful driver, cut me off, and won’t stop swerving all over the road, stay off the liquor while driving you look like a joke. Nothing makes me angrier than someone who puts others in danger

I was able to get a quote on the first call but it all went downhill after that. After discussing the claim with my insurance company I called Ultimate back and was told that the person handling my ticket was not available so I asked them to call me back. I called again and left a message a few hours later. Didn't hear anything for 2 days. Called back and was again advised that the person handling my ticket was not available so I asked them if they could schedule an appointment anyway. The appointment was scheduled (at a company that wasn't Ultimate Auto) and I was expecting an email with location details but never got it. Called back the day before the appointment and was told again that the person handling my ticket was not available.

I explained that I was tired of waiting for call backs and emails so I cancelled my appointment and ended the call. 30 seconds later I got a call from the person who was not available and they tried to explain that they were sooooo busy with incoming calls. Why continue to bring in new business if you can't efficiently manage the customers that you already have? If you're too busy to return my calls and send information about an appointment I've already made, then will you be too busy to complete my job on time and properly?

Abby was awesome! She was able to get a tech out right away to replace my daughter’s windshield. I was able to coordinate directly with her unlike other glass replacement sites. What was a tiny spot from a piece of gravel had turned into multiple large cracks across the length of the windshield. They sent the tech to her apartment in Athens off the UGA campus. Highly recommend!

These people lie to their employees, and their service is overpriced. You would have a better chance of getting your glass changed out by a possum.

They seem to say one thing and do another; their employees seem nice but must be having their arms twisted

I had my windshield replaced by this business at a third-party location with a total wait time of about 4 hours. The new windshield appears to be installed just fine, but the interior of my car was left with dirty foot and fingerprints all over. The weather was kind of bad that day though, so I can understand conditions were less than ideal. The part that bothers me was finding broken plastic clips on the interior floor and not knowing where they broke off from (my best guess is the cover to the sensors behind the rear view mirror) and if the broken fasteners were replaced.

We are very pleased with the service, and Michael answered all of our questions.
Very friendly interaction while we were telling him our concerns.

I’m still in a bad mood 4 months after being broad sided in my car but UAG&E was a pleasure to work with. They really did go the extra mile to satisfy me. My contact there was a fellow by the name Ed Stipe. Highly recommend him and his company.
