U.S. Money Shops, Fort Oglethorpe GA

I won't be doing ANY business here at all anymore. Extremely cocky and very rude staff. What a joke.

Had pawned an item got it back swiftly then tryed again at a later date just to be told they couldn't take it due to a small scuff on the power cord that wasnt an issue before so needless to say they will never get my business ever again.

Most of the employees are super nice but one employee was very rude with me if it were for the fact that I have done business here for years and the majority of the staff has been awesome I would take my business elsewhere!

We had excellent service yesterday shopping in this store! An employee named Barb and one of the managers were very knowledgeable on their products and made us feel very welcome. Thanks ladies for going above and beyond, we’ll definitely be back.

Beyond extremely rude staff, went in with full intentions on buying a specific item and was insulted twice within a 5 min period. You can choose to wake up and be a decent human but not these employees rude for absolutely no reason. Gross business practice when you can drive 5 min down the road and get the same items cheaper and with someone who WANTS to sell to you.

Terrible service, they want to give you $20 for everything. They close early, and wont answer the phones ever. Don't go to this pawn shop they will rip you off.

The staff here is awesome but as in any pawn shop you can expect the low ball. I took a $180.00 pair of Bose headphones in and was offered $20.
Still a nice place to shop as well as pawn or sell items.

Called to ask a question and was left on hold for 20 mins called back and got hung up on immediately, guess they didn't want my business.

Shame on you for trying to milk the comunity for everything its worth during this time of need. I know pawn shops are known for taking advantage of people but never in my life have i seen this place be so cheap.

Good selection of merchandise, but many of the prices On things were as high or higher than they would be brand new.

Great attention to detail. Have dealt with them before on many occasions. Christiana is awesome to work with. Am looking for a certain air compressor and she was able to provide the model numbers of the stock on hand. Am running spray guns so SCFM is a huge deal. The Chattanooga store didn't even give much more than the time of day.this store actually cares and tries to help people! Thank You!

Useless. Take your old FFL off of PSA's website. Wasted 2 weeks ordering a firearm to transfer just to have it cancelled and have to reorder.
