I've been buying from UUC for years now. Recently ordered a big brake kit and needed some custom options from the supplier. Arjun was great to work with, accommodated my requests, and most definitely has my future business. Thanks again!

Bought a short shift kit, and parts did not fit. Bushing sent was too big, contacted UUC they sent out another bushing that was also too big. They stop responding to my emails after I requested a return and I had I had to go a machine shop to mill down the bushing.
UUC used to be good, but now they are BAD NEWS. I should of listened to the advice of others.

Glad i found these guys when building my e30 race car. So many of the parts are impossible to find any more. It was also cool when i got to meet the uuc team at the race track and and see all the parts being tested in real
World performance setting. Nothing tests a product like an 8 hour endurance race!

Bought clutch kit and it’s having issue with some Mechanical interference. Tried calling 3 times for support and it’s just an answering service. No response. Send email no response.

TLDR: Customer Service Can't solve or answer questions on their own, always passing messages. Takes forever to get anywhere with issues or concerns.

Website stock wasn't accurate during a sale, I placed an order for swaybars which shortly went into backorder a couple of days after. I asked when they would be back in stock and didn't get a response for 2-3 weeks. UUC just had a full week off at the start of June but even when they returned It took me calling 3 times and sending two emails to finally get a cancellation. I never received confirmation but at least money was sent back to my CC.

I have the EVO3 short shifter in my e30 and absolutely love it. Up next is the Lightweight Flywheel. Super stoked to get it. Arjun has been very helpful and answered all my questions and more. Thank you for your great service and support.looking forward in doing future business UUC

They drop-shipped cheap Chinese parts from another company that don’t come anywhere near the description on their site. They now refuse to answer the phone or emails. Do not give these scammers your money.

By far the worst experience I have had with an aftermarket part manufacturer. I bought a 19mm rear sway bar for my e82. Received a 16mm swaybar for an E38, which I was able to return and then received a 16mm swaybar for an unknown chassis. UUC stopped responding to my request for return and never provided the correct part. Do not make the same mistake I did buying from UUC.

Looks like UUC has gone downhill. Can't get a hold of anyone. Looks like they are taking people's money and running.

We ordered a 6 speed conversion kit for an M roadster and none of the parts come close to fitting. The shifter support bracket is about 10” too short the shift selector rod is too short as well. I’ve tried to call and left multiple messages but no call back and no response to emails. We also ordered a Willwood big brake kit and have only tried to install the rears. Nothing lined up and after looking at the Willwood site and contacting them the parts that Jay at UUC sent us are generic accept for the calipers. Seems like they are cutting corners, yet charging full boat for inferior parts. I hope the clutch lasts after we get it on the road. Do not use these guys if you want good quality parts that fit the car. Still waiting on a call
UPDATE: After reviewing what they charged and what was sent they overcharged me over $4,600 for no reason. The invoice I have is clear and the inferior parts they sent are listed. They just stole from me for double what the invoice was.

Online ordering is easy but customer service is poor. Tried multiple times, but I gave up trying to resolve a brake disk order never received, took a loss. I'll never buy from UUC again.

I did business with UUC over 10 years ago and it was always a flawless experience. Recently, I needed a replacement carrier bushing for my EVO 3 SSK and after contacting Arjun, I've simply been fed lies and empty promises.

I've emailed, called, emailed, called again. Been promised a call back. Nothing. I am literally willing to pay for the replacement bushing but I suppose my business is not interesting nor lucrative enough to warrant any attention. Fundamentally, I believe Arjun preferred that my business "went away" but I've never in 20+ years of modifying cars experienced this kind of dismissal and deception between actions and words.

UUC is not what it used to be. What was a top 3 choice for me, is a no choice for me now. May be a battle between UUC and Jlevi for that rock bottom spot.

Got a DSSR 363mm for my 2001 e39 528i 5-speed manual transmission. The selector rod didn't fit and connect with the joint bushing on the transmission. The distance is small and must be reduced at least 3mm, but the walls are about 3mm and they will get thinner and weaker! UUC didn't provide e-mail to confirm the transaction. Disappointed!

Jay seems like a nice guy when he's taking your money but will lie and screen calls when his low quality parts fail. Bought a clutch and flywheel kit for a S52 swapped E30. The pressure plate failed during the break in period. Arjun (Jay) first tried to say the car wasn't broken in properly. I provided pictures of the failure and he assured me he would send a replacement. It has been over a month now and he only answers the phone if I call from a different number. He then proceeds to promise it is on its way or he will call me right back with a tracking number. When I pressed him to provide the tracking number he said he didn't have it in front of him. I told him I would hold/wait while he got it. He said he didn't have access to that system and that the "guys were unloading a truck" but he would call me back. I pressed again because he has promised to call back or email multiple times during this fiasco and never does. The car has been inoperable for over a month now with no resolution and I am out over $1000 for a junk part. Do not do business with this man or company. It is not the UUC that we all remember from years ago.

UUC Motorwerks has been great to work with for the number of years that I've worked with them. Their parts are better than the rest for the BMW e46's that I've performance modified using their swaybarbarian sway bars, the short shift kit, stage 2+ Organic Clutch Kit w' Lightweight Flywheel, Clutch Valve Delete Valve w Stainless Steel Clutch Line, Stainless Steel Brake Lines, and the list goes on and on. I recently worked with Arjun and he is incredible, helping me each step of the way to get only what I needed for my clutch replacement since I already had the UUC Lightweight Flywheel, and reinforcement of the Pressure Plate as a favor to me. I work with UUC Motorwerks for 2 reasons

1) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Both on the Technical Support Side and the Sales Side. With that, even their follow up Customer service is amazing, never giving me a hard time about a part that wasn't correct or I ordered incorrectly - they ALWAYS MADE THINGS RIGHT. I've dealt with ECS Tuning, Etc.and UUC Motorwerks and their entire team is just the best.

2) Higher End Performance Parts than the Others. They specialize in what they do, and I have been nothing but impressed with what they developed and packages that they have put together for my multiple e46 coupe models (m3,330ci)
