6Friendly staff and good waiting area with plenty of space to work while getting service done.
My daughter was told she had bought the wrong battery and that it couldn’t be installed. The service person was rude as hell and so was the lady at the desk when I asked my daughter to speak to her and hand her the charger phone! My daughter leaves, go back to the auto parts store where the battery was purchased & it was indeed the RIGHT battery for her car! She went to a service center and they installed it just fine without any issues at all! Work on your customer service and don’t turn people away because your service crew doesn’t wanna do the job! Also the lady at the desk, dropped my daughter’s phone as well while I asked to speak to her to find out why it couldn’t be done! If your staff doesn’t want to work, then they should walk out the door and you can find people that do want to work!
You take your truck to get fixed and they said it was fixed but what you took there for it not fixed. Now it's having the same problem it had when we took it there. Then they don't fix it right so now you can not even drive it because it want go in park or reverse or drive.
Our sales guy is awesome and honest. It's very hard to find in a car salesperson! If you are Looking for a Chevy because Fords are breaking, go to Ron!

Very impressed with the customer service. Andy was patient and kept me informed often. The other staff ensured that i was comfortable during my wait. I usually deal with the location on Abercorn, and never received the same level of customer service as Pooler. Im switching to the Pooler location.
