This store is not so bad but the lady with the long hair and glasses is horrible! I was trying to start a line and was having some difficulties. She was extremely rude and assumed my boyfriend was trying to commit fraud! She was also rude to another lady who came in the store for pickup. She was very loud with the other customers she was helping and telling their business! I can’t stand this store and won’t go there unless I have to!

My phone broke yesterday and I went to the store to get a new one. I have never been to this store and I will never go back.
I walked in and was greeted right away. The 2 people that were helping a customer said a young man at the end of the store would be happy to help me. He was looking at a pad and made a face at the other people like he was mad.
I made a joke about it but he never smiled once. We found a phone that I wanted and a case. When I asked if he could help me set it up and transfer my stuff he said no.
I am older and I am not tech savvy. I have had Verizon for years and have always been happy. I'm not going to leave because of this but this young man needs to be taught better customer service. I don't need to be fawned over but he could have been nicer and more helpful.
I work with the public and I know that we workers are getting harrassed from all directions but come on.
I am going to the store on Sandy Plains today. Have already called and they are more than happy to help me

Been to this location a couple times now. The staff is friendly and willing to help. However, there tends to always be about a 30 min wait before someone can help you.

Ms Leslie was Top tier not only did she help assist with fixing my wife txt message issue she also help me informed about the difference plans we could get. Also very knowledgeable about the Ultra wideband and mmwave technology and how fast they are rolling it out. Wonderful customer service

Waited 30 minutes (with an appointment) only to find out they did’t have the phone I needed. Staff is friendly but the staffing doesn’t match demand. Apple store is much better and faster.

Sad to say I will be canceling my business account with Verizon as of Monday. Upon receiving a phone of the wrong color that I received in the mail yesterday I walking to my neighborhood Verizon store to exchange it for the right color that I ordered only to be told by Samantha and Jay that I would have to pay A $50 restocking fee for a mistake Verizon made. Needless to say this is very poor customer service for a business that pays nearly $500 a month for several phones. This was the final straw For me I will be switching to T-Mobile I hope you guys make the changes that you need to make Verizon what it used to be

My wife came in to get her phone troubleshooted after being on the phone with Verizon for hours and no help. Finally we came in and the associate McClabia helped us and it was even right before closing. Thanks for all your help.

Store hours are 8, sales associates are standing in the store at 645pm looking at us not doing anything but talking to people in the store.

We were here over 2 hours. 20 minutes into being here we asked the guy walking around putting names in the system if he could just ring us up for a new iPhone. He told us he couldn’t and we had to wait for a sales rep. We waited longer. He told us that a lady was going to help us and then 5 minutes later we see her leave with her stuff in hand. The guy told us that it was actually her lunch break and that he would help us (oh so he COULD help us in the first place… so he lied earlier). We told him five times or more that we wanted the iPhone 13 Pro Max and we even had an iPhone Pro Max case that he rung up. He told us over and over that this was the max, we charged the order on our account so we could pay it on the next monthly bill. We get to our car and my fiancé opens the box. It was NOT the 13 Pro Max. We go back inside, tell the man and he tells us that he didn’t realize we meant the actual pro max (excuse me but WHAT? What the heck else could we possibly mean? !?) so we wait another hour to get it fixed. The man comes back and says it’s going to have to wait until Monday and that he will just have to give us the new phone today but with a new number and we have to pay out of pocket today. We are furious to say the least. This problem should not be on us because we didn’t make the mistake. Shame on this verizon for what they did and how they have handled today.

Clean store with Hand sanitizer all over the store. Excellent service by the Mgr Jay, the business rep and Leslie who put in my order for 2 Galaxy S22 Ultras. Professionalism is what they are all about. They took the time to explain everything to me and twice if needed. Thanks you guys. I will be back to your store.
