Didn't get the same love as T-Mobile gave me, but no problems my whole 2 minutes here.

I was consistently having issues with my phone and I was so nervous to come into the store because I was expecting the worst. I was greeted promptly and Skylar helped me get squared away with no problems at all. She was friendly and patient and I could tell she really wanted to help me resolve my issue. Hopefully I won't have to go back but if I do, I know I will be in good hands.

Went in and associate keyosha was very disrespectful and rude. Didn’t want to assist me with my problem on my account and every question I asked her she refused. It got to the point of lack of customer service and disrespect to where another associate stepped in and assisted. This was a horrible experience and I will never go back into
This store as long as she works there. Keyosha needs to be trained on customer service for her field of work. Horrible associate.

I had a terrible experience at this store. Last week I spent 5 hours in the store and my issue with my new Verizon phone and the issues have still not be resolved. The customer service is egregious and the employees lack professionalism. It's even worse when you call Verizon customer service phone support. I wish I had stayed with my previous phone service provider.

**CONSUMER BEWARE**
The employees at this location will provide you with misleading information (Maybe to get a Sale or just maybe Poor Management) either way take my advice and consider another location!

General Manager: Samantha Leroy had the opportunity to deescalate this matter.
Her ability to make executive decisions to protect the integrity of Verizon and the consumer experience should Seriously be evaluated.

This type of response from Management made it very clear this store is Sales driven and will do and say anything to get the consumers money for whatever benefits they receive from a sale. Even if it seem like a shady sales tactic management has no concern on protecting the business integrity.

General Manager Samantha Leroy has no concern for all the misleading information her Sales reps are providing and a consumer feeling taken advantage of is obviously not a priority for her to address.

This behavior explains why there is a lack of consistency and a major need for training and providing the Sales rep with the tools to give consumers the correct information and ensure they are using the resources and if they aren’t hold them accountable for their actions. The solution is not continue to penalized the consumer.

Take my advice, RUN!

I walked into this store on Friday sept 30th to convert from android to iPhone. I was happily greeted and assisted by Victoria who delivered great customer service and knowledge on product. What made the experience even more great was her asking to step away momentarily only to go assist a person in a wheelchair open the door! That goes a long way! My visit was great and she was greatly appreciated she rocks such a well rounded young lady!

Sales reps straight lied to lock me into a 36 month payment plan when I wanted to pay for it all at once (I asked multiple times). Also lied about promotion availability trying to give us half the amount the promotion was running. Beware.

My second time in store and the employees are rude and careless. They go through the motions but don’t really pay attention or care to help you. Hopefully I can just handle all of my issues through the app or over the phone from now on.

Horrible customer service! I visited this Verizon store last week and I was there for 5 hours and the issues with the new phone still has not been resolved. I tried calling Verizon customer service and I waited for nearly 30 minutes before a representative answered. The phone issues still have not been resolved.

This location located at 1220 Caroline St NE Ste A110, Atlanta, GA 30307 (Edgewood), need a total new staff (including the store manager). Not very helpful, will misinform you on products, provide you with misleading information about your products/service, and do not care whether or not your service needs have been meet.
Driving to the next closest Verizon store will definitely be worth it, if you value your time.

Workers just have terrible attitude and act condescending when they don't understand a question you may have. Sorry, I don't think about my phone carrier often in my day to day life. Overall, this location should hire people who have a good attitude about working.

Was in the store 3 hours trying to buy $500 worth of merch. Guy made a mistake and had to refund my money and would not sell me another phone because safe was locked. Walked out with no phone, wasted time, and frustration.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t help you find a solution to your problem at all, they’ll sit there and stare at you in a daze. They sent my credit application to a employee that was off the clock which is unprofessional and unethical. Don’t come here

Edgewood store location had the worst customer service. Employee was looking at her phone at pictures while I was trying to explain to her the reason I came in. Told her to put the phone away, she told me to be professional and walk off. Manager inform me she was new, and that "she was going to talk to her". Sad part I'm a first time customer.

Just bad all around. This location need security or something because they lock the door and you have to flag someone to let you in and when the employee comes to the door they question you about your association with Verizon and to state your business before entering. I felt like I was being pranked but no this was happening. The employee cracked the door and asked me all this while I stood in the rain never saying hi or welcome. Honestly a greeting wouldn’t have made it much better because I was standing in the rain! Now I was only there to transfer my number from a company account to a pedestrian account. Worst costumer service again. I told I need to call Verizon wile I’m in a Verizon store to do this. I ask is there no way the employees can do this, being Verizon has all my information and I’m able to prove my identity? The answer is no. Then the employees point to another customer who was currently on their phone saying they were there to do the same thing. So basically go ahead and fill out an application and get hired at Verizon before making a visit so at least you can get payed to do what the employee should do or just do it at home again because the employees in the store are only there to sell you things given your desired item is available and you can get in the store to begin with.

I've been with Verizon over 25 years and these people that they're hiring lately they are so rude and consistent don't want to help the public no customer service I get better asking a child on the street for help nah it ain't helpful

I spent way too much money.lol
I switched from Android to Apple (family peer pressure)
Simone was super sweet and knowledgeable. Explained everything about the new bill cost breakdown.
Made an appt thru the app rather than waiting in line.
Verizon is going up in prices.but who's isn't.
The employees were friendly and helpful
