8Sold me a watch that was supposed to be active right out the door.after 2 weeks of trying at store [unpleasant customer reps] plus customer service and tech support, still had none who could help. Basically sold me a product that noone knows how to set up.
Don't go here! The kids working there just take advantage of you. Sold us phones we can't figure out how to use, refused to help us with them because it was about there lunch time. Sold us a charging station and stuff we didn't even want or need but claimed it was the only way to go. We even went back in a second time for them to make it right but they had no desire. Now we have phones we can't use lost all our contacts, pictures and everything zero cares given. Taking advantage of older people really shows what kind of people they truly are. Oh they break screen protectors putting them on then tell you don't worry buy a case it'll cover the Crack. Just stear clear of this place

Hugo was absolutely fantastic. He is the main reason I have stayed with Verizon. I cannot praise him enough. You are very lucky to have him as an employee. I hope you treat him well. Thank you.

These kids that work here don't want.to help you and if you are Caucasian you are discriminated against. We went to spectrum got three new phones and unlimited on everything cheaper than Verizon. I emailed CEO of the company to inform him of our very bad service and he didn't care enough to get back with me instead he got his goofy under guy to call. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH SPECTRUM! I will do without a cell phone before I go back to these crooks!
Absolutely uselessly. Worst customer service I've had there happened today 7/6/20 hell will freeze before I go back to this store. Unable to answer simple questions about one of their flagship phones.
This is not an authorized Verizon store if you purchase something and it does not work they will not exchange it or give you a refund you are forced to go through manufacture absolutely absurd every store has some kind of a return policy would never deal with again. Do yourself a favor travel a little further down Walnut Avenue to an authorized dealer.
