16The morning manager worked on my phone. He is not skilled at all. He was more fixated on commission sells. Took 2 minutes with the tech support to do what he didn’t want to do, and wasted my time there. Even the tech support said the store could had fix the issue without having to call. Useless manager.
Todd was very helpful. Got my service changed from att and got a new s23 for me and my wife. Now we have great signal from our house
Horrible you cant go in this place without them charging you for something. Its supposed to have the best coverage.but best i get are 2 bars at my house, 1 bar most the time. So wheres this great coverage im hearing of. Not to mention the pricing. We shouldn't be punished for wanting good service.it should be a given, speacily when you dish out this kind of money for it.
Horrible experience and very similar to dealing with an unethical car salesman. The only concern the lady had was trying to get a commission while being rude and condescending when I declined home internet, insurance, etc.
I eventually decided to leave and order online. Much better experience just calling 611 and getting a new phone delivered.
They answered some complicated questions regarding switching accounts and was very helpful. Thanks Georgia for your help.
I didn't know the person that helped me was the supervisor until I left, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the whole business, I would recommend him on anything or any kind of business.

Mostly Useless store. Unable to assist in the phone replacement. Also trying to call the store about another problem and their number is just the number for Verizon customer service. Except I need to ask if that store can help me. Other stores have direct numbers listed but this store barely does the minimum including not actually having a number to call for that store directly.
I had the pleasure of working with the manager Ashley because all of the other associates were with customers and I can’t say that I was disappointed. I needed to setup lines for my business and not only was she professional and knowledgeable she gave me everything that I didn’t even know I needed. Provided me with product knowledge and saved me from spending unnecessary funds while assuring that I got all the services that my business needed. I will be switching my personal devices over to Verizon due to this amazing customer experience! Thank you so much again Ashley, your smile made me feel welcomed and your knowledge made me comfortable!
I've got to say, this is the second worst Verizon I've been to.
Immediately bypassed to a landline to file my claim as opposed to an agent using the expedited line.watched verizon associates sell accessories for $50 over value.
Crazy attitude from associates, and overall made me want to avoid verizon entirely.
Waiting in store for over an hour.
About 6 or 7 associates. The waiting line shouldn't have been as long and slow moving as it was.
On the phone isn't any better. Like the computers dictate the intelligence of the human in front of it.
It's a shame. Verizon can get away with the sham of a customer service department because they have the better reception.

Needed a new sim card. The agent that I had put the new sim card in the phone but didn't make sure the 5g work. So my phone is still not working correctly. I believe I'll be looking for another wireless provider
First associate rubbed me the wrong way. My sugar was low and instead of saying she didn't know how to do something and asking for help. She just kept telling me "No you can't do that". I wanted to buy a new phone for my new husband. We went in with his account number and pin from Metro and his number. I wanted to add him to my 25yr old account. The manager did everything I wanted without a glich.
Went for a curbside pickup order but the app wouldn't let me do curbside pickup so I had to go in and they only had part of my order.
It's pretty great just long waits some times. Customer service is on point though for sure
After waiting an hour for a few tech questions & finally getting to reps desk a lady came up wanting to know how to connect watch with phone. Rep took the watch & I objected wanting customer to sign in as I had to do. The rep says she could help us both at the same time. Why wasn't they doing 2 at a time before? They kept coming from behind desk to talk with other reps. This was not the 1st time I had to walk out. I'm getting new phones & service somewhere else
