Be wary of their different store hours! My first photo had their current hours.
The store in Snellville has all of the tech they are selling and is very inviting. This location looks a lot more bare and even though it's a big space and not as many customers, I still had to wait an hour to be seen. The lady at the front was very polite and helped look into my account for an upgrade. Verizon still charges an activation fee, which is ridiculous with unlocked phones at much cheaper prices. Why are they still trying to wheedle money out of its customers for these things? !
I was hoping to upgrade my 4 year old Note 9 with a Ultra 23, but their prices are still too high, with nothing more than a 1 year factory warranty! You can add on protection for a monthly fee, but we're talking about $18 a month! Even though I am eligible for an upgrade, the Ultra was $1200 and then add on the activation fee. Amazon sells it at $999 right now.
The store was nice, but not inviting and the lady was very polite but there is only so much she can do with Verizon's set prices. I recommend buying your phone somewhere else, but if you need help with your bill, your plan or anything else, the lady at the store knows what she is doing!

I went to Verizon to fix an issue that was occurring on my phone with my service. Unfortunately, my phone wouldn’t cooperate which resulted in me being there for 3 hours. However, this was through no fault of the staff and they were all very helpful:) Ms. Yolanda was my rep and she was AMAZING! She was quick to identify the problem and grab a new SIM card for me, walk me through backing up my phone, help me turn off some applications to make the back up go faster, and she kept looking for solutions when my phone kept giving her trouble. Even when helping other customers she still made sure to check in on the progress of my phone. My phone is now fixed and even though I had to be there longer than expected, the staff was incredibly helpful and allowed me to make suggestions as well. Thank you all & Ms. Yolanda for such great service!

Dear management when a customer request to see a manager, do not send a message that starts with “She said tell you”. If a customer has requested the assistance of a amanager, most likely, they have exhausted all of the options with the sales representative. This escalation has occurred for a reason. I did give you an extra star for suggesting I visit the Centerville Hwy store location for I was greeted with a warm welcome and received 5 star ️ professional customer service. Also please refrain from condescending remarks and using names of endearment such as “Love”. We are adults, paying customers, and prefer to be addressed by our first or last name.

Horrible Service. The waiting time ridiculous, they focus on new customers, if you are an existing customer and have a problem they just make you wait and wait, it happened to me when I saw they another family ame by the store and they almost instantly start working with they because they brought some new phones to be activated. See below the reason of my second visit to the store.

I have been having issues with the trade-ins that that I did 7 months ago, after the first month of service I noticed that only two of the three credits were applied to my account. I have been calling Verizon customer service every single month to get a resolution with the third credit and nothing happens I been told so many excuses but nothing is happening.

According with customer service this store didn’t apply the promo and that’s why they are not able to help. Back in march I came to the store and spoke to the sales associate and they worked something and they said that going forward missing credit will be applied however it didn’t happen again. I called back to customer service and they told me return to the store to ensure they apply the promo so I can get the credit for the phone.
Overall I haven’t received the credit for the phone that I trade in, to me is clearly that my phone was misplaced no idea how but they took my phone and didn’t apply the credit.

My recommendation stay away from those trade-in programs, or you may be ending without a credit and a phone

I wasted 4 hours at the Verizon store in Snellville trying to upgrade my phone and experienced a complete lack of customer service from the store staff. 3 hours were spent with Verizon customer service trying to activate the SIM card on the new phone. The experience felt like Groundhog Day as my issue was transferred from rep to rep with no resolution. When they said we need to start over and erase the new phone, I asked them to reinstate service on my old phone and cancel the upgrade so I could get out of the store. The worst part of the experience was the lack of empathy and no apologies from the staff. When I asked to use a restroom I was told no even though I had been held hostage there for 4 hours. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was conveniently on break. So I left and contacted the 1800 customer service number to log a formal complaint. The person I spoke to was extremely empathetic and apologized for my horrible experience at the store. I will be changing providers as a result of this experience.

Everything went well but when activating the new phone it took several days. We finally had to call customer service, talked to several people and were on the phone for 5 hours. I never got this from T-Mobile.

Nice people at this store. They were very busy so they didn't fully pay attention to me and others. Not the store employeees fault, they probably need to open up another store to relieve the pressure, as it seems this store operates at capacity.

They told us asurion would come to us and set up our tablet and 2 new cell phones at our home. B -S 5 hours on hold with asurion, phone went dead. 4 more hours on phone the next day to make appointment, got appointment, no show, called back, asurion don't come to your home.verizon morans will tell you anything, just want to sell.

Initially there was a misunderstanding as to the promotion we were supposed to get. But after speaking with a customer service rep and getting it approved the gentleman at Verizon was able to not only initiate the promo over the phone but also was able to further assist us in making sure we got a similar deal for the secondary phone as well. It does tend to get busy at this location, so you gotta be patient with the reps as they do a lot of work back to back. Overall good service and good promos available at this location.

The WORST customer service EVER! George the business specialist is beyond RUDE! I started a new business and this is the first time opening a business account and it has been a nightmare! I ask the store manager “Tish” for the GM contact info and she brought me back the store phone number no email address and with an attitude for no reason! IF YOU WANT TO START A BUSINESS ACCOUNT DON’T USE VERIZON.
