I purchased a new phone at this store in September of 2022. At the time of the purchase the employee working there told me I was eligible for an $800 dollar credit for the trade in. After getting the new phone, and receiving my first bill, I noticed the credit was not applied. I went to the store to see if they could fix this and the same employee told me I would not see it until my second bill. After the second bill came and the credit was still not applied I went back to the store. After speaking to Verizon and going to the back to the store several times, I found out the paperwork for the phone trade in was never processed properly. Corporate verizon would do nothing for me and told me I needed to figure it out at this store location. After going back and forth spending countless hours with 3-4 calls to corporate verizon and 8-10 trips back to this store (and paying 3 incorrect phone bills) they finally got in contact with verizon and said all they could offer me was a $400 credit. At this point I do not have the time to keep going back and forth any longer. Avoid this store at all cost and save your time by going to a corporate store from the start.
TJ was phenomenal! We spent three hrs trying to get my upgrade together. Over the phone service was terrible but TJ patiently work through all the obstacles and now i have upgrade from a Xrs to 14! Im extremely happy! That young man deserves a raise! Truly great and customer service and was fully transparent about all the fees!
Went into the store to inquire about upgrading my husband and my phone and adding a current line. TJ was professional, patient, and extremely helpful with everything! I usually try to handle these things online because of the hassle and poor customer service but TJ exceeded all our expectations from giving us details to performing the data transfers to the new phone and providing us with an update on our new line. Great associate and great customer service!
My iPhone had a serious issue. I made the appointment at the Cumberland location and TJ assisted me. This young man is truly an iPhone expert and a professional. Thanks again TJ for your efficiency and making my experience seamless!
