Zykaria, who work in the Verizon store off Zebulon Ave in Macon, Georgia was extremely helpful to me earlier today.
I once owned a Medical Technology company that employed 248 people. Finding the right people was always a challenge.
I was very impressed with Zykaria. She was pleasant, was extremely competent, solved my IPad problem efficiently, and patiently answered all my questions.
Zykaria is a fine asset to Verizon.

I drove 40 minutes to Macon to a different Verizon store and got there a few minutes after closing due to traffic. I called this store and the lady I spoke to was super nice. I arrived a few minutes before closing and they were very busy multi-tasking but were still able to fix my daughter’s phone. I was impressed with the quality of service I received.

Ashley Poston is my family’s go-to person for everything Verizon! We drive 45 mins one way to her store because of the excellent service she provides. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Tiffany was amazing when my husband and I went in for new service. She answered all of our questions, and she didn’t rush us like other salespeople (not this location) have done in the past. We will continue to do business here as long as good people like Tiffany are employed here.

I came into Verizon one day freaked out about my phone not working. The amazing salesperson Tiffany truly came to my rescue. She assisted me for over two hours trying to figure out the issue with my phone. To no avail, my phone was lost. Tiffany then helped with explaining different models to me and assisted with which one would be best for me to buy. She was very knowledgeable about each phone and what they did. Also, as a bonus, she even called a week later to ensure that all was well with my purchase! Thanks again for all of your help. I truly know we're to go for my wireless needs!

I came and purchased a phone from Tiffany. She was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood our upcoming bill. I highly recommend you go see Tiffany for all your Verizon needs.

Came to pay a bill and sat and waited a very long time. I wasn't able to pay online but the wait is terrible. They were polite but absolutely no sense of urgency.at all.

I'm updating this review. It's is now zero stars. Why? I reached out to Tiffany because she sent me an email, offering to assist me. After speaking with her and 3 other associates, I was told they would NOT be giving me a refund for the deceptive charge. I was told I owed money on a phone that my husband had paid for in full two years ago. Let me add that I provided bank reports to show where Verizon charged me for a phone that we owed NOTHING ON. This is out right fraud. I will be contacting my local Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

It is sad to say that I used to get good service here, but I had a recent visit that greatly disappointed me. My husband and I have been customers for 10+ years. We are retiring and want to get the best price on service. A representative told me if I paid off my husbands phone we would save money. So, I did. I came home to report to my husband and he said that he had paid cash for his phone. Did not owe anything. So where did my money go? I went back up to speak with someone, and I was told it was a mistake AND to call customer services. Why? That should be their responsibility to fix. Not happy!

We needed to switch plans and Mia Walker helped us through the whole process, it took longer than anticipated, but she was amazing!
