Lynn was a great associate. He made the process of getting a new phone very smooth. He also was tremendous help when there was an issue with messaging.

Visited the store to discuss switching my account to a business plan. Representative stated that she would need to notify commercial account associate and that associate would contact me to discuss. It’s been two weeks now and I have not heard back from anyone to discuss my plan.

Today me and my sister went to the Verizon store to buy 2 Apple Watches i didn’t like it at all we heard them talking about me and my sister we got up to leave and 2 of them followed me and my sister outside to our car just sad
When looking to purchase a Samsung watch, I was informed that I was unable to try to demo product on nor would he open a box from the back. I didn't feel particularly welcomed by certain staff members. I will not patronize that particular store ever again!
