Had a pretty good experience tonight. Rampley was probably the most knowledgeable rep I’ve talked to. He was patient and super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Wanna give a big shout out to Jonathan the DM and their business manager! Both gentlemen went above and beyond on 9-25-2023. Best customer service I have ever experienced in a Verizon store. Thank you so much for all your help through all the trouble both gentleman went through yesterday trying get our serviced fixed. Highly recommend this location.

They help you get everything right before you leave. They go beyond what the other stores will do.

Setting here at this Verizon store now. Came in lost Saturday and bought phone chargers.they charged me $379. Stop at another Verizon.bough the same ones for $220. Been waiting just to return these item's for over 2 hours.only 1 employee. She said 3 people called out on her.well they just call out every Saturday.they wasn't here last Saturday either.tyis Victra Verizon is trash

Cell phone store are at the bottom of the customer service list. But this one is at the very bottom. Zero help from blonde middle age lady working Thursday august 3rd 2023. Apparently my order was cancelled and no one called to tell me. Then she did not offer to help me set up a new order. I was advised to go to a different Verizon location. What a joke.

Great customer service from all employees I interacted with. Knowledgeable staff were able to answer any and all questions with ease. Very happy with the phone and the plan they helped us choose.

Kaysie helped me get a new phone and a iPad at a great price. Also got me cases and screen protectors for reasonable costs. She seem like she actually enjoyed her job which is rare these days. Whoever gave her the position she has made the right choice. I’ll definitely refer people to this store from here on out. She even asked about my hearing. Who knew Verizon sold hearing aids? I took a free hearing test and my hearing was great but the experience is what counted. 10/10 recommend this store.

Staff friendly. Store clean. Just couldn't help with the problem I had. But that was OK. It was a Prepaid Walmart problem. Problem was Walmart will not help set up your phone, and none of our friends knew how to set up the phone, so.it is still in t h e box.

Went in to get an upgrade and Kaysie was so great I came back the next day to upgrade my wife’s. Was honest and gave me a good deal. She has great customer service and will recommend to everyone

Came in for a technical issue and Kaysie let me know I was able to upgrade my phone and gave me a great deal including my case and protection on my phone. Set my phone up for me and all was so nice during the process. She was alone and multitasked with customers in a way that didn’t make me feel pushed aside or forgotten about. Will 100% recommend her going forward. I will never visit another Verizon

I cannot say enough about how kind and patient Kaysie was during this whole process. She made sure that myself and another guest were fully taken care of simultaneously. While she did up sell, I did not feel as if she was pushy, or inconsiderate. Thank you so much, I will be back!

My parents are in their mid 80s. They don't know how to use a tablet. They visited this store with questions about their phones and were talked into a 1/2 priced Samsung tablet AND cellular service for it, two brand new iphones costing nearly $2300 and nearly $200 worth of accessories "merely charged to their accounts, billed over time"). Seniors taken advantage of here is the moral of this story.hopefully no one else will have this experience, but be careful w/ this spot.
