5I’ve been to Verizon for about 5-6 years never had a problem but now they saying I’m behind on my stuff and I’ve got bank statements to say I’m not I’ve only got behind once and I had the flu and couldn’t work anyway I’m goin to T-mobile and getting out that contract Verizon trying to make me pay 500 to reactivate my service
Great service. I was greeted by three employees as I entered the door. All of my questions had been addressed and I was able to get internet service for my Tiny Home.
I'm Verizon customer & have been for about 20 years. Walked in & asked the guy if he could help set up my new phone that Asurion (insurance) sent out. Everything was fine & then the guy asked where I got the old phone, I told him store in Rome & he said to help me anymore it would cost me 40 dollars to transfer my data. I told him "No, that is ridiculous. " He kept asking questions and then said it would be 35 dollars to transfer in to other phone. Stay away from this crook.
I had the worst experience possible today. The gentleman I spoke with was condescending and arrogant towards us. With out helping a customer of over 20 year that would have probably bought a brand new phone, we took our business elsewhere. The man needs to learn about customer service before they lose more money.
April 15th 2023 made me feel completely stupid. Very bad experiences with them two guys working. I’m considering moving from Verizon to someone different. Had Verizon for a while now, but not going to be treated like that by two guys that like to feel special behind a desk (very sad that they work together, should mix it up. Put one of the smart ace guys with a actual decent team member so maybe they can help weigh out the bad employee attitude)
