The people in this store are there to help, definitely made me feel more like family then a customer which is more than I can say about other wireless stores in the area!

Swapped from straight talk was told I was only supposed to pay 175 they charged me 266 didn’t tell me what I was being charged for just said sales tax and fees come to find out I was charged ready set go for 69.99 and redux membership for 29.99 was told they wasn’t going to refund until I mentioned a lawyer and cameras then was told I wasn’t allowed back in store after refund not sure about other stores but people please watch your elders in this store because they are scammers here…!

Alphonso was very knowledgeable. He was honest and straight forward with the pros and cons when comparing phones. I feel he did not pressure me toward any one phone. He gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision that was right for me. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I had the worst experience ever with this store.not friendly. Don't know their work. Especially the lady. Lack experience.not professional. I don't recommend this place at all. Don't waste ur time. I v just read ur reply. So don't know how to reply u. And of course u won't find my name because I visited ur branch to have new sim with new Verizon number. But the lady asked for two IDs and asked for approve of address. Then said many false excuses about many things which showed she didn't want me to be a customer. She was racist. I called Verizpn customer support and asked about ID issue. They told me one is enough. Excuse me. Who will hold to IDs with him. The police when stop u they ask for ur license and that's it. I am not going to open bank account to ask for all these documents she asked for. So I left after this bad treatment. I went to the other store few distance away from this one. And they were so helpful and decent.u can check ur Cameras. If u are interested.thank u for ur reply

Jessica was fantastic! She was friendly and extremely helpful. She was able to solve an ongoing problem I was having with my phone in less than five minutes. I had taken my phone to another location but will only take my devices to this location in the future.

Alphonso was very helpful and friendly. He walked us through the process of getting a new iPhone and iPad. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient when explaining the process. He transferred all the information from my old phone to my new phone with ease.
