Jessica in the Cordele, GA Verizon store is AMAZING. Absolutely customer oriented and extremely knowledgeable of products and services. The BEST experience we have ever had in a cell phone store.
Customer service at this location on 6-27-23 was a zero. I wish I could give them a minus star. 3 employees and no customers and no concern at all.
Great experience. Danielle was very knowledgeable and patient because I couldn’t remember my apple password and even when I figured it out I couldn’t remember what I put in. She stuck right there with me helping me get where we wanted to be and that was total recovery
Danielle went above and beyond. Helping me to come back to Verizon. Even talking to the other carrier. Printing me a shipping label and taping up my box to return their stuff. Then waited past closing time while synching all my stuff.
Please give my thanks to Jessica. I was traveling from Atlanta and my girlfriend and I didn’t have our chargers. Even though it was closing time, Jessica took the time to help us. Plus. She had been in the store abalone all day because all her coworkers were gone to graduations. Please tell Jessica that I appreciate her great service

I've never heard of a Verizon retail store flat out refusing assistance to a Verizon customer based on where the phone and contract was purchased. Verizon Customer service had to resolve my issues. Very disappointed. I'll take my future Verizon related purchases and issues to Warner Robins or Perry.
