14I can not say enough nice things about the personal service I received from Connie today! Great personality and was very helpful in helping me setup my daughter's phone and my new phone! It's a pleasure doing business with people that cares about the customer! I will be using them in the future and I would suggest anyone looking for a Verizon store choose this store first! 10 stars!
Not all Verizon stores are helpful. But Connie seems to know EVERYTHING! I drove extra 20 minutes for EXCELLENT customer service!

Would give a 0 if I could. The way my wife and I have been treated by some of these employees is not even worth detailing to relive it all. We will never choose Verizon again—primarily due to the people at this particular location.
