He has a great attitude and all! He is a people person! He needs to be promoted with Verizon so others can follow his footsteps as a great team leader! It’s hard to have a good experience when you’ve busted your phone and spending enexpected money to get a new one but the time I f man who helped me went above and beyond. 10 out of 10!
I was wanting to switch service o was aggravated by my previous carrier. The manager (Matt) hework with me. I came in there 3 different times in one day and he still had the most positive attitude. Great customer service
The employee was able to quickly and efficiently repair my phone as well as make a suggestion to cut my bill in half and it only took minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional.
