Verizon, Glennville GA

I am from Savannah but was in Glenville for business. My phone was broken, so I stopped at the Verizon store and was helped immensely by Anna. I couldnt remember any passwords, but she was able to get me going with a new iphone 15.
Anna is a hard working, patient, and devoted person who helped at a time of urgency for me. She gets a five star rating on all categories. Thanks

Had to make a switch to Verizon! I was very impressed with Mr. Yaseen at this store. He went above and beyond trying to fix the other company’s mistakes. Would definitely recommend this store.

The ladies at the store today 3/17 were so helpful despite their system being down. They contacted a different store to log into my account to get me a new SIM card. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated their initiative today and their wonderful customer service!

Natasha was amazing with my service. Even tho the store had a lot of customers she was still able to set up my new phone quick and work with everyone.

I came in a few months ago upgraded my phone with Anna and she told me about discounts and offers that were happening and saved me so much money! Now I have a new phone with a lower bill! Today I came in to add a line with my husband and they were so helpful with us switching over and the environment they have in this store is excellent. Very happy and grateful for Natasha and Anna getting us set up on two different occasions!

Natasha was EXTREMELY helpful when we stopped in about my wife's dead phone. She was professional, helpful, honest and personable all in one package. Natasha and Anna were great helping! I was unable to download any apps I went to Statesboro verizon the corporate store and they were NO HELP! After about twenty minutes both workers got through it with amazing attitudes with great customer service I would recommend any day!

Ms. Natasha was amazing! I got my phone online and spent the whole week trying to get it working. She called Verizon customer service and work with my phone for over an hour and finally got it activated properly. She went to war for me with the customer service line. I will only bring my business to the ladies in Glennville!
