Ben, Bradley, and Nicole were all very friendly and helpful when it came to not only trading my phone in but my mom’s phone. They were very patient and welcoming. Great hospitality will definitely come back again. Thank you for a pleasant experience both times.

Terrible customer service. Appointment times are not honored, the agent told another customer the the call center takes appointments, she doesn't know who has an appointment, she takes them as they come in. Two others were there before me and several others came in after, the agent didn't greet anyone or tell anyone they might have a lengthy wait.

Benjamin helped me upgrade my old XSmax to an iPhone 14 pro. He also got a watch added to my plan and one for my husband as well. We love our new devices! Excellent customer service!

Fast forward to last week when I get an email from a business salesperson offering discounted phones for a new line. My wife wanted an iPhone so I went ahead and ordered her one with the understanding that the new line could be changed to her old phone and her old line switched to the new iPhone. Recieved the phone in the mail and went to the local victra office to get them switched out today The guy asked what I needed and I explained to him that we needed to get the numbers flipped between the phones. He said let me go ask the business manager. He went to the back and came back a few minutes later and said they couldn't help us since the iPhone wasn't bought at their store! The other phone was bought at their store and all of our future phones would have been if it wasn't for this. I just told him I would do all my verizon business online from now on and left.

This was very, very unprofessional just because I didn't buy this 1 phone directly from them even though we have spent over 10k in the store in 8 months.

Lewis was a great Verizon representative in Hiawassee, GA. He was very helpful with my purchase of the new iPhone 12 ProMax! He is knowledgeable & friendly. I highly recommend him!

Benjamin was super helpful with getting me my phone updated, and he was extremely knowledgeable and full of answers. He didn’t force anything on me as far as what I was Looking for. He got all my questions answered and went above and beyond to make sure I was Taken care of and that we got any issues fixed, If you go to this store, ask for Ben!
