We visited the Verizon store today, and Nicholas Compton helped us. He was by far one of the best sales representatives we’ve worked with. He was able to troubleshoot several issues we’ve had on our account and went over and beyond to serve us. We left the store not knowing if one charge on our account would be dropped, and by the time we got home, he called me with the issue taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Nicholas if you shop at this location.

After my phone being stolen by UPS, and many many attempts at calling the store, Miguel was the only professional person that was able to solve the dilemma of the missing phone and order a new one for me. Miguel is an exceptional associate and huge asset to your store. He is extremely cordial, has tons of patience and is very on top of his job at Verizon. Give that man a raise!
