This was the worst experience I have ever had with Verizon. I went to upgrade my nephew phone to the iPhone 14. I explained to sales girl Shakira S.this was for my nephew for a Christmas gift. He was not with me. She first tried to sale me all kind of accessories for the phone. I explained to her I wanted him to pick out the accessories himself. I didn’t realize until I got home she had changed me for a changer that I didn’t want. She also activated the phone which disconnected the old phone. How he lives about a hour away from me. I will not see him until the weekend. At this point he has no phone. I was also charged a set up fee but there was no set up. I am so upset about this. I will never go back to this store again.

Marsheila was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable ️ She made the beginning of my relationship with Verizon a very pleasurable experience. I came in with plenty needs and I left out with none! I am very critical of customer service because I’ve been in customer service over 20 years and it matters to me how you treat people who just simply have a need to be fulfilled. Great job Marsheila, an outstanding associate to say the least!

Sara Alexander-Rosell helped me in purchasing my new Iphone. She was very nice and a good energy to be around. She even helped after the store hours. I highly recommend this Verizon store.

I had to visit the Stonecrest store location and I received exceptional customer service and assistance from Darnell. He was very patient as my issue took nearly an hour and I started to get frustrated he was excellent.

They whole entire crew sucks and its a disgrace. I would not recommend to go to that location. All i want is to put service on the IPAD thats it.

Lacking heavy in the customer service department. Walked in 3ppl where helping one family. 2others helping 2other individuals. Nobody greeted or assisted me after 20mins. I sat down they're all laughing just standing talking about allergies. Still not one person acknowledge me. Walked out came back in and still nothing. Go to the location in Conyers. This has the bare minimum of customer service.
