I had the best experience with Angel Corley today. She took time to upgrade my phone, show me all the new bells and whistles on my new one. I went from an apple to an android. She setup the Verizon App! I learned so much from her. All the benefits I had been missing. She is really an Angel! I give her a five stars she deserves 10! Nice, professional and sweet! I think if this company was for the people and not just trying to sell you service it will be better because they don't truly try to help they always offer a new service plan.

Came in to do a AT&T transfer, we were helped by a tech named Alban who walked us through the entire process and made what i thought was going to be an arduous task very enjoyable. Cant really speak to the store, but the customer service was what you'd hope for. Thanks my guy

Absolutely horrible!
Not only did they sell me a used watch that was iCloud locked for FULL PRICE, but then had me wait three days to get a new one. They told me they would call me when it came in and they never did, I had to call them. Then, I go to the store to pick it up and had to wait over an hour with not a single associate even acknowledging me. Do NOT buy from them.

ASK FOR TROY WALLS! He was super nice, professional & got me the phone I wanted.he made sure everything was good before leaving store and he answered all my questions

ASK FOR ASA! Awesome experience! Asa took the time to listen to our needs. He customized the plan for us as we were switching from AT&T. His knowledge and expertise made everything seamless. Do yourself a favor and ask for this guy when you go in.

Services was way to expensive. For phones to be such a necessity the costs are way to much.

I was a little disappointed that the phone displays in the store don't have the price visible anywhere like most other carrier stores do. You had to speak to a person and get them to give you the information for each phone you were looking at which made it a lot more difficult to compare prices and features.

The only service we use. The lady was really helpful. Replaced a phone thru the insurance. They bought new one to the house and set it up. How cool is that.
