Medina, worked very hard for 2 days to get my account set up from AT&T. It took a total of 11 hours. She was very knowledgeable & polite. I would recommend her highly for anything you need done at Verizon.

This store gave misinformation regarding the trade-in process. They said we could trade in our phone for a new iPhone. Then, the next month we could use the trade in balance toward paying off the new phone in full. That's not true. What happens is you get locked in to 24 months of payments toward the new phone and 24 months of smaller credits from the trade in. You can't use the traded-in phone to pay off the new phone in full. Now we're stuck with 24 months of payments/credits. Completely misled us about how the process works.

Michael is the most professional, patient and courteous sales representative I have experienced in a long time. If he is not already a manager he would do well in that position. Bravo to Russell for hiring such a great young man.

Michael was very patient in our long 4 hour ordeal of switching out account to Verizon trading 5 phone and getting 5 new phones. He seems to be a very bright and helpful person and Verizon is lucky to have him

Staff at this location are great. Patient, helpful and are willing to make suggestions to make your buying & set up experience go well. They treat customers like people. I didn't wake up today expecting to buy a phone but was suddenly in a bind because of changing technology requirements for work. Thanks to Medina and contributions by other employees, I can get back to earning a living.

The process of transferring a phone is going to take a little time so be patient. It helps when the sales associates walk you through the process so you know where you are time wise. These sales folks did a great job with this transfer process and I was out the door in less than an hour.

Had a great experience at Verizon/Russell cellular on Dallas HWY. Both today and on a recent visit we were assisted by Anthony who is incredible. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful, and efficient. Even my teenage son commented “wow, that guy was so nice! ” We will definitely be going back to this location and to Anthony specifically for all of our cellular needs.

Been to this store multiple times, everyone always helpful and friendly. This is the only store I will use because their service is great

Trey was courtesy listened with interest and speedy. I was his first customer to swap out sims and provide me with the accessories I needed for my new iPhone 12 mini The manager was close by since Trey is a new employee which I thought reflected good management
