11I came in one evening after work because my phone had stopped responding to the touch screen and realized I urgently needed to get a new phone. I was with a different service provider that didn’t offer trade ins like Verizon does so I opted for them. I got a better deal and even though they were less than an hour from closing and I had a little difficulty getting into my cloud, Angel and another young lady were very helpful. They even helped me the following 2 or so days with setting it up and making sure I had what I needed transferred. They saved me a trip to the Apple Store and provided lovely service.

If you call Verizons 800 number they can help you transfer stuff to your new device for free. Because this place is independently owned and operated they wanna charge you $40. Verizon said when I called that they should not do that.

Was feeling a little blue and wet to see about getting a new phone, staff was so energetic, great smiles, very helpful. Shea was great explained everything no pressure to buy. This is the best service I have gotten in a Verizon store. Will be going back to purchase a new phone when I decide which one I want.

Had to get a new phone because mine had been stolen. Michael was very helpful and nice! We had walked in right before closing time and offered to come back the next day, but instead he gladly helped us and got me out the door with a great deal! If you happen to swing by here, definitely ask for Michael!
