Everything was great. Jaden showed great professional courtesy and patience and knowledge. He's a great accet to Verizon. He really deserves an exceptional raise.

Lazy employee. Not eager to serve, and wants you to sell yourself a phone or accessories. I'll never darken the door of this store again.
When the employee sits at the counter in the back and tells you to come to her, just leave. I wish I had just left. She was so inept, I felt sorry for Verizon.

Good if you want something simple or quick. I went in to get a plan on my existing phone and move my number from my old provider. They said it could not be done without getting a new number. The attendant did the best he could do with his experience level anyway. Sadly will have to go to a different store and try again.

The sales person was very nice, polite and professional/ helpful. She gladly set up a new phone I bought on line.

May was outstanding explaining new phone. Her expertise and courtesy were above and beyond. She is vital asset to Verizon.
