13 Cade is totally amazing. Stopped by to get new service and internet Hotspot. He simply took care of it quickly.
He also had the patience of a Saint assisting two different elderly customers who didn't know how to use features on their phones.
He DESERVES A RAISE!
Benjamin was so helpful, polite and got us in and out quickly! I can confidently say this was the easiest Verizon trip we’ve been to and we got so much more out of our trip. Ben helped us find the best deals, the best options for us, and helped us set up our new items while keeping a friendly and entertaining conversation going.

Every time I walk in the door at this location I always get greeted at the door with a smile. Benjamin and Kyris always happy to help me with whatever my problems may be. Russell Cellular Hawkinsville is the only Verizon store I’ll go to just because of the great customer service I am given and because I’m treated like family!
Benjamin went above and beyond I switch from a android to a iPhone he took the time to make sure I understood the phone and everything was set up correctly and even went as far to finding me a wallpaper I would like. I highly recommend Ben.
I walked in unsure of what company I wanted Verizon or AT&T once I saw the coverage and discounts and the person helping me actually listen to my issues with cell service she won be over with real costumer service.

Dealt with Russell buying a new phone in Hawkinsville. He was outstanding to deal with. He showed us and explained what he had to offer. Then he set the new phone up and transferred everything over to new phone. Highly recommend him.
Logan was very helpful! The best service I’ve ever had at a Version store. I went on my lunch break from work and did not feel rushed and I was not late back to work. She was able to answer all my questions and have me with a new phone within minutes. My iCloud reloading all of my content is what took so long. She gave me the best prices and options to choose from. She was multitasking with customers that came in but I never felt like she was abandoning me to help someone else. Very nice experience 10/10 recommend!
I recently had to go in the Verizon store in Hawkinsville. Logan was very friendly and super patient with me. She did not stop until the issue was resolved.
Staff was knowledgeable and kind, answered all my questions and got me out the door and my way quickly.
Andrew was really helpful even though they were severely understaffed, he made sure he could help everybody and was very polite!
