9I’m not a huge fan of Verizon, but Josh (I think) did a great job at finally getting to the bottom of a billing problem that I’ve been having for months on my phone. I’ve even talked to another sales representative at a different time who wasn’t able to correct the problem. It’s such a relief to have my billing finally fixed. Thank you!
