Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. I got what I needed quickly. I had a good experience. I wish I could go there every time I needed something but I don’t live close to that particular store.

Watch out for the over priced equipment they sneak into your purchase. Vey poor customer service and will take advantage of you. UPDATE This is definitely not a Verizon Store but an authorized dealer. I found out I was sold a home warranty protection plan that I never asked for. Screen protectors are about 60 bucks a piece.under the false advertising of replacing it at the store for free if it breaks. Unfortunately the service isn’t as good as T-Mobile. We maybe switching back soon.
