Idk what the deal was but this location was weird.the employees seemed to be too busy arguing and bickering with each other to just let me check out and be on my way.very dismissive staff.also unhelpful how all the products in the store do not have price listings so you don't know how much you're paying until you start checking out.

The men working at this location are GREAT.however the bigger woman was awful.she started getting an attitude with me (and i’ve seen other complaints of her getting an attitude with other customers) then claimed i had an attitude with her.i asked to speak to her manager, she refused to let me.i asked for her name, she ignored me and wouldn’t tell me then said i needed to go to a different location because she would not help me.thankfully, i did not have any issues with the verizon in bethlehem.and i didn’t have a problem with anyone else at this location, other than the woman with long finger nails and white glasses.i’ve also seen other complaints about her so im not sure why her managers haven’t done anything

I had a SIM card problem, I came in and Keith had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. Very nice and polite young man and will come again anytime I have a problem.

I was well pleased with the customer service i received by Khory. He helpee me with billing issues, took virsus off my phone, updated my apps and was very nice to talk to. I recommend Khory to everyone.

4 cos 1st time I went in there looking for help with replacing my phone via insurance I was rudely told that the insurance is separate and I could not be helped. Since the to I stopped in 2 more times and had no issue.

Keith was incredibly professional and courteous, inspite of the challenges of the verizon sales network being unavailable on Thursday 8.24.2023. I returned on 8.25.2023.gotta wonder how many sales were missed because of ineffective corporate support

Service was the worst I’ve ever dealt with from a Verizon store, lady couldn’t even type on the tablet because her nails were so long and had a constant attitude from the time we walked in …. Constantly on her phone checking Instagram and text messages while trying to help us. Employees name is gabby Taylor
