Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless, McRae-Helena GA

This is the WORST store I’ve ever been to. With the STORE MANAGER MATT STANDING NEXT TO US. He couldn’t UNDERSTAND what we needed!

Doing business with the manager of Verizon in McRae was the absolute best experience I have ever had with Verizon! Zach was professional, extremely knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond what is expected in customer care.

When you come to Verizon all you have to do is ask about Zach, Waleska, and Abbigail in the Helena, Ga. They are great people to work with. They try their best to please you and help you in any way they can. Just love these people's.

Wow what an unexpectedly amazing experience! The two ladies in the store were so lovely and knowledgeable as well as the store manager, Zach. I’ll never go to another Verizon store besides this one! GREAT place to do business. They make it easy:)

Always a good time in this place. They helped me pick the perfect phone for my needs. The wait, if there is one, is usually not that long. And the associates are very knowledgeable.

Zach should be managing this store because he is all about customer service and goes above and beyond for his people. Sometimes it's really the little things that matter and he really takes the time to listen to his customer and get the problem solved not on just one occasion but several different times.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have been dealing with Verizon for 15+ years. In that time I have used several different stores (including the ones listed in other reviews) and even the 800 service, yet I have never received the exceptional service that I did yesterday at this store. I cannot say enough about how well Rachel, Zachariah and the manager, Luke worked to not only meet but exceed my needs. I left the store with the S8, Note8, and 2 new jet packs and my bill was substantially lower than when I went in. What more could anyone ask for? ! However, this was not my only experience that day. I watched as customer after customer received the same treatment I was receiving! I witnessed the manager, Luke, as he walked an elderly couple through sending an email from their new “smart phones” in the most caring and respectful manner, reassured them that he would be there to help them learn to use their new phones even if they had to come in every day. I witnessed Rachel work patiently and warmheartedly with a lady to make sure her phone was set up exactly the way she wanted it to be before she left the store; and last but not least Zachariah, I have never before met anyone so will to go above and beyond for a customer. I cannot say enough about this man he is a step above! I don’t live in McRae-Helena and didn’t know the guys before today but I promise you this, as long as this crew is at this store I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

The staff at this store is exceptional. Everyone here is really good at what they do. I highly recommend this store to others.

I have been to this Verizon store twice. About a year ago I lost the stylus to my note 4. Went there for another and was told, "sorry we don't handle those". Yesterday I noticed my battery was beginning to swell, went there looking for another battery and was told, "sorry we don't handle those". My advice is don't waste your time going there.
