I always enjoy chatting with David when he is here on a call- he’s funny and very knowledgeable and Karen in the office is always helpful and friendly when I call to schedule.

David is an excellent technician! He was very thorough in his evaluation of an old heat pump system in a house my daughter just bought. He fixed the issues she was having and gave her great advice as to what to look for to prevent problems in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing hvac services.

Knowledgeable and professional. Kept our old HVAC system going for years before replacement about 6 years ago. We signed up for the maintenance program and have benefited from the responsiveness when any issues occur.
ReUpped today on the maintenance program. Chris is very knowledgeable on the equipment as well as quickly spotting the customer mistakes from long experience. Quick complete service after identifying/correcting issue.

Kris came this time, and of course, the dogs were the first to greet him he checked everything our and I’m good to stay nice and warm alll winter.

Turned the heat on this morning to remove the chill in the house. NOTHING. Called Wall and talked to Debbie. David got here in about 90 minutes, took care of the problem, and all is well. We have been with Wall Heating and Air for many years, and we are very grateful for their top notch service.
