Walmart Supercenter, Savannah GA

Sooooo, I went to Walmart on Montgomery Crossroads to buy Claritin and for some reason the coupon did not scan. The Cashier called the CSM over and low and behold she says that if it does not scan they can't do anything about it. It's Corporate that won't allow them to take it. Have you heard anything so dumb, this is a Manufacturer's Coupon. When did any store not take this type of coupon. Walmart needs to do better! School your CSM's!

I was asked to leave this store because I had 3 different types of milk and asked to speak with a manager because I was told I couldn't get but one and told me to pick one or leave. I get Almond, soy, and 2% every week. Normal shopping day for me. I had $200 in groceries that got left at the front of the store. A yellow vest told me she was the only manager I was going to speak to. I did speak to a co manager that wasn't any help and asked me to leave store. As I left he followed real close to me. I asked him to back away from me and he said no. Real professional of him. This story is always out of everything on a normal week. This store needs corporate to come clean house in the management department.

I am soooo disappointed and extremely mad, not angry, but mad! Had I known that Walmart would deceive me just to get me to purchase a TV is upsetting. My Tv suddenly stop working, so I need a TV ASAP. After checking around and found that Walmart had what I need and said I could pick it up the next day. Great Right. Wrong! I was instructed to call Walmart before picking up the Tv. I called 5 times, each time, each time the calls dropped. So I went to Super Walmart - Savannah, Ga Montgomery X-road! There is a pandemic (Covid-19) going on, I am 70yrs old & I live aloneI I am afraid to go out.but if I do it’s because I have to. Now I have go back to Walmart on the 4/23, because they are saying the TV will be shipped to the store. Again I am 70 yrs old it is not safe out there. The reason I purchased the TV is because Walmart said the TV would be ready for Pickup on 4/17, the day after I purchased it, 4/16/20, online. They knew the TV was not going to be in the store on the 4/17/20. Getting a sale was more important then the safety of a customers. My first choose was Amazon, but their delivery was for 4/23/20, at least it was the truth, not lie that it would be delivered earlier just to get a sale. That’s all a customer wants, is the truth and the right to choose!
So disappointed!

Always clean and stocked. But always busy. Good prices and great for weekly shopping, not the best for a grab n’ go

I was doing business in the money center and Misa (?) was incredibly rude and she made a personal FaceTime call while she was helping me, which consisted of her complaining to her friend about wanting to go home. Unprofessional.

I usually come here for my glasses. I have no problem with the vision center, and the store itself isn't too bad. But over the last few years, any time I call the store for some information or to speak to the vision center, the associate is usually very short with me. Or they don't answer until I call back for the third or fourth time. I have nothing against the employees themselves, I just wish when one answers the phone they have a softer tone. That's my only gripe against the otherwise pleasant store.

On 12/19/18, I visited the automotive services area to replace a tire. Since I was the first customer of the day, the outside door to the repair shop was locked. The only mechanic on duty opened the door and he, along with the only customer service person in the shop, proceeded to address my issue. Both of them were kind and personable.

We discussed the possibility of plugging the tire, a lower-cost option, but when the mechanic checked the tire he noticed 2 puncture areas-nail and a construction/roofer nail. When I asked if I had to purchase 2 tires instead of 1, the mechanic told me I only needed one. He proceeded to check the system to see if Walmart had the replacement tire in stock and at an affordable price!

It's not our favorite Walmart. It's a bit out of the way to go over to sandfly to head to Walmart but we had to go to other places in that area. The store is well-kept but the service is not so great and the lines are typically long. Even on normal times of the year not just at Christmas.in fact we went into two lines where the cashier had to go make a phone call just to get a hold of customer service.finally we went to the self service line and checked ourselves out. As usual that machine did not allow cash payment so we had to use card.we're finding this is more and more often as we go into different Walmart that the self-service kiosks don't allow cash.

More registers should be open in the early morning. Self checkout is not always ideal & should be used more during fully staffed and busy times & not as a standard when so many employees are otherwise under tasked. Thanks!

Was looking for a womans black long sleeve button up shirt and the Walmart by the Savannah Mall, one on Montgomery Crossroads and the one on Whitemarsh do not have any. Horrible selection of woman clothing and the bathrioms stunk and were very dirty

Get it together Walmart! Please hire some more help in the auto center! 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous!

Terrible. Expect 1000 employees walking around with 2 lanes open and only ONE of the self checkout lanes accept cash. If you're shopping here clear your schedule for the day. It'll be a while.

It was 9: 30 pm and all the registers were closed. We had to stand in a l-o-n-g self check out line, which was wrapped around the front of the store. When I am tired from working and have to come and shop (tired), I don't want to ring up my own groceries.

I went in early, everyone was so friendly. There was maybe less than 20 customers in the whole entire store. I loved it

I've been calling for the past 2 hours and no one will answer the phone. So if they are not open why does the post say that they opened at 6 a.m.

Its a big store employee's aren't sure where certain things are. Seems like after 5pm it isn't much assistance.

I always go to Walmart shopping center to get my work shoes in my work pants a very nice place to shop

It's a Wal-Mart, no better or worse than any other.

I went several times looking for a dress shirt and every time all they had were the same there shirts.all three 3X.

This was over a period of 2 weeks.

Prices are competitive but I'm tired of being like dirt when I ask for assistance. On several occasions this has occurred. I'm going to spend my cash elsewhere.
