Walmart Supercenter, Hiram GA

Store can be very busy and are out of products quite often. Customer service is great though if you have any problems.

It was difficult to confirm that this store was indeed next to Burlington coat factory outlet so I called before going and the call was answered promptly. I'm uploading a storefront pic to prove it is there and open now. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and my questions were answered with accuracy. The selection of arch supported shoes was better than 6 other shoe stores that I had visited in the last 2 days. The store was clean and well organized with pricing on every item I looked at. Help was offered to me but it was not needed and I was left alone to shop. They also have a very clean rest room for the public. My goal was to find 1 pair of arch supported shoes but luckily I left with 3. The checkout process was perfect and I was thanked by the young gentleman for my business!

It is a nice place fairly clean. But in the garden shop too many people on the phone if you look at them like you need help they look away not very helpful.

No real registers open, so everyone that bought alot has flooded the self checkouts. I spent 20 min shopping then 45-1hr trying to checkout. Absolute mess.

The service was very slow and the computer in sporting goods was down and no 1 could figure it out after we waited 30 mins. We had to go to Academy Sports to buy 2 fishing license.

This Walmart is like every other Walmart, messy, unorganized, void of customer service and no lanes open with cashiers. They have taken away all the perks and benefits of being a Walmart customer and raised prices.

This is my least favorite Walmart but I just wanted to warn people about their pick up. I have picked up from there a few times but sometimes you might have to wait over an hour to get your order.

I shop here often.lately it has become a 1 stop shop. Large variety of items.decent amount of brand name organic food selections. & of course affordable.

Grocery pickup is a complete disaster. I was sent an email, text and alert that my pickup was ready. My time slot was from 5-6pm. Arrived a little before 5: 30pm and actually drove away at 6: 15pm. A 45 minute was is ridiculous. I noticed a lot of people were not even picking up groceries and were picking up online orders; don’t they have there own pickup area?

Same as all the others. No ammunition at all. Hard to find help when needed. Prices are rising every month.

Everything I need is found here at Walmart. I don't buy groceries from Walmart and that is a personal preference. The people here seem to be kind and are always helpful. I haven't had a negative experience but I am also not the biggest Walmart shopper.

Understaffed is an understatement, waited 44 mins for my online grocery pickup order. Only 1 person working the area. This service is supposed to help save time, this is not the case. I would recommend Kroger they are very efficient.

Walmart is getting so cheap that they refuse to properly staff their stores with enough associates (especially cashier's) and the few people you can find to hello you have the worst attitude and either literally don't know anything about the products they sell in their department or put up one heck of an act. I went in to buy a new phone, prepared to spend $300 but instead decided to leave bc Walmart does not deserve my business. Bought my new phone off the Verizon website. It was actually easier and less headache than n trying to walk into Walmart and try to get anyone to help you.

If you enjoy paying more than sticker price this is the place for you.
We picked up a few stuffed toys with a price tag of $1 when checking out they rang up as $1.96

Can't find items and employees lie to you and they dont wanna help at all. SHAME ON WAL MART WORKERS!

Ppl are rude when first walking in (the greeters), they pick who they wanna speak too I guess some of us are invisible!

Older Walmart but I still like coming here occasionally even though my main store is in Dallas, where I live. Good selection, nice associates!

I was disappointed because Walmart does not change batteries for their customers any longer. I have two watches that needed to have new batteries but could not get them serviced because of Walmart's new policy.i guess I'll not buy any more watches there.

Here is the Walmart I know. Only one line open, and look how many people are waiting. This is ridiculous.

Went to buy groceries no gwalty bacon no welch's orange pie apple, apple.shelves weren't stocked potatoes were wet. Another great at Walmart. If u don't stick the shelves then I have to go to your competitors
