Walmart Supercenter, Canton GA

Prices offered on shelf. Not honored. When did a company’s error become the customer’s issue. Shame to see customer service is being forgotten.

The store was pretty clean. The only frustrating part is that all front registers were self checkout 4bj4

So I'm in line to check out with the slowest Walmart employee in the company history. She has 10 customers in line and she stops to clean her key board. WHY!

They had just what I was shopping for my 13 year old son's Xbox gift card. The Cashier was awesome.

The two cashiers along with the manager were very polite when trying to help with a checkout issue. It was closing time and I’m surprised by their patience! The Walmart in Holly Springs closes the registers on you.

This is a small supercenter so not as much variety as other stores. They are fairly busy most days. I like the employees, they have been friendly and helpful everytime! This store is clean too! Some days there aren't enough cash registers available to handle the crowd though.

Walmarts of Walmarts this ole' charm still rates high for fast pace sanitary and friendliness. The Saturday night episodes are great to witness.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to in my life. My wife called to confirm a tire for my car, they said it was in stock. I went to do the service, they did all the care they gave me a 1 hour forecast for the service to be ready. After almost two hours of waiting they told me they didn't have the tire in stock.

Store was clean and the Electonics staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It seemed like they had alot more products than your avg Walmart.

It's what you'd expect from a Walmart, I guess.

They do a fairly good job with the preorder/curbside pickup orders in my experience, especially compared to some other places trying to mimic the same services but who clearly lack the infrastructure and support-staff that corporate Walmart has.
The place stays tidy enough, although I've never seen it and thought of it as especially clean/freshly sanitized or as particularly organized over all. My biggest complaint with this location is with their overwhelming number of out-of-stock products they seem to have no problem running the place with at any given time. This always seems especially noticeable around inventory time.

Waited 20 minutes for assistance at jewelery counter, finally someone came by and said oh no ones been here yet? And could open the case. Then waited another 15 minutes for them to figure out how to do an exchange, after accusing me of trying to return an item that "had already been returned" when really she didn't know what she was doing. They need to organize and train their staff better.

Sales were displayed very nicely
Bathrooms were very clean
Items were marked very well this time
Was able to find food products very easy
Stock was pulled to front very well this time
Customer service was there to help when needed
The electronics Dept was very knowledge able, was able to help with all my questions, gave best alternatives to the questions that I had on my electronics products.
Are overall busy was very well and really enjoyed my time and customer service was very resourceful

This place was so bad and disgusting the administration 's ego was so bad, customer service was rude and a lot of employees had a serious additude Issue. I would recommend not going to this Walcrap.
