Walmart Supercenter, Savannah GA

Very bad experience not 1 single register open to buy my buggy full of stuff the had 5 self check outs with long lines ask to speak with manager after 20min he still never came so we went to electronics to check out

This WalMart in the last few months has changed horribly, everything is in a place that I don't know where it may be in. The items on shelves are not stocked or if stocked thrown everywhere, food in the back isles near the yogurt are thrown around, the store feels so much messier and it feels as if the employers do not care one big nowadays, months ago I would walk in and stuff would be neat, there would always be stock. There would always be an easy way around but now half the things are gone, I can't find anything, and if I find the product it's placed terribly and thrown to where it was placed. Like please explain to me why especially yesterday, there was no cat food, and the ones that were there were put in these annoying bags, there was no mix of something I was looking for, there were no half & half's on the shelf, clearly nobody working there as many people were lost and asking for managers, no indication of where that half and half may be as in there were no labels and the ones there were all thrown together. There were also many other things that I left uninteracted with that made the place not feel friendly.

All these self service checkouts and half are closed. Plus they don't tell you if you are in a card or cash only line.

I go into the money center. Normally there nice and all smiles! But u always have that 1 bad Apple in the batch

One. Only one cashier. Check out line was into the ladies clothing. Cashier left after I checked out. That meant NO CASHIERS. People had to go to customer service. No one was keeping motorized carts charged. Three lined up at exit in the travel path. None on charge. Should have been on entrance side. Another was dead near cosmetics. You've go to do better.

Slow need to advance the training for sure, and get people outta one line and break up for distance!

Worst store I've ever been in. Seen Dollar stores with more socks and t shirts. Never seen such a disorganized WalMart before. Quite shocked really.

Shelves were poorly stocked and very messy. Checkout took a long time. But the employees were nice. On a side note the Walmart brand men's white tshirts are much better than haines

It was one the worst Wal Mart experience ever. You have all these employees working but only 2 physical registers working and one of the registers it was only 20 items or less. I had a buggy fully of groceries there was no way I should have been in a self check out with that much groceries. And before you start to ask I did not get in a cashier line because it was backed up with people in line. So I went to the self check out young lad say its card only I stated to her that's fine I'm using card. I started to put my stuff on the table walked to the register to start scanning there is a note stuck on there cash only by this time I'm upset because I took all my stuff out of the buggy I advised the young lady that sent me over to the register what the note said she proceeds to tell me you can use card. She comes over scan an item and it comes up and tell her cash only and she tried to change it well she couldn't. So she advised me someone must of changed it so she says I'm sorry and says I'll help you put your stuff back in your buggy and she did and took me over to another register and started to help me scan a few items before she had to go and help someone else. I am very pist because this doesn't make any sense at all you have all these registers and only 2 physical body working this is very unacceptable at all signed a very angry customer who may not return to shop.

Its Walmart they got everything if they dont there going to get it I love u Walmart keep up the good work guys u hatd work and efforts really show

South West salad awesome flavor, and it was a good and hot temp. The flavors all went well together. My husband loved his chilli wanted to buy a 5 gallon bucket lol.

I didn't like the way my groceries were bags. My peaches were dropped in the bag and the of oranges were dropped on top of the peaches.

When there are no cashier's working and I have to scan, bag and pay for $142 worth of grocery, I will never be satisfied

I hate walmart. There are 15 registers and 2 are open. I only go there in extreme circumstances

As long as you don't need cologne or ammunition from the locked cases you can get anything there. Because it would seem that no one has keys to either one of the cases and when someone tells you they will find someone. You wait 15 minutes and give up because nobody ever returns. No help. No one to say they can't get a key. NOTHING! This has been happening for years now.

Stocking time at any place is a pain but at least my baking supplies were stocked today. Usually well stocked just not enough cashiers as always.

The new curb side shopping service is great. Go online select what you want arrive and it is loaded in your car. Saves a lot of time. A real winner. The only thing g I didn't use it for is either meats or fresh veggies and fruits. Everything else they can select for me.

My only complaint us why are the shopping bags so thin and flimsy. Also, why don't the cashiers double bag if they are going to try and fill up a cheap thin plastic bag that will tear?

Same old b.s. The employees their don't want to help you & nobody wants to answer the phone @ all 24/7 days a week 365 days a year. I should know been living here for 32 years. It a joke to try shopping here.

It was ok reminded me of one I use to go too I Statesboro and Cocoa not a lot anixety, but some was able to handle it.
