Walmart Supercenter, Waynesboro GA

Nice hometown Walmart. I love how clean it is. And the nice manager that's always upfront. I do not know his name but he has long dreads and is tall and sweet.

Always dirty, not stocked, and long lines! It needs management replaced with ones that actually care about the customer.

Walmart was crowded as balls today! I was feeling especially frisky today, so I just zipped and slalomed my way through and around the slower Muggles who might have slowed me. I made a full lap of the store and picked up seven items, checked myself out, and still beat my parents running errands nearby.

Called four times this morning just to ask if I could send my daughter to pick my order up instead of my mother. Three out of the four times I called, I was hung up on. The fourth time I called I was put on hold for 22 mins before I hung up. I just want my question answered so I can get my stuff picked up I've already paid for

I was treated so well at the Pharmacy in Walmart Supercenter in Waynesboro, that I was almost in tears from gratitude because they
were so kind and helpful.

When you go to Walmart in Statesboro you cannot find everything because the shift is all empty because you do not have anybody knows how to put food on the shelf and you do not have anybody qualify and the hunting and fishing department to know how to fill out fishing license in Waynesboro either

Worst store ever cannot get anyone on the phone constantly get hang up on making up excuses for me getting in touch with other locations in the store will not help you regardless of what you need

Poor fresh produce stock. No matter if you go Tuesday or Friday. You can't find all the fresh produce you would normally find in a Walmart market.

I wasn't a fan of this particular location, but they hv a new manager so hopefully thing change for the better. I usually can find some of my items here. They do hv pretty affordable stuff ranges from auto supplies to party planning. Jus be careful with some of the employees.

No one's ever cleaning this store. The buggies always have trash in them. No bakery so I have to drive twice as far for bread and cakes. Prices are higher here than other local Walmart stores.

They need to open up the cash registers. Everybody is standing in a line for self-checkout because they don't have enough cashiers. The line for self-checkout was back into the clothing aisle. Put cashers back to work on the cash register and I'll give you five stars

I needed help and ask 5 different associates who ALL referred me to someone else. No one bothered to look for the product or direct me to the area or make inquiries. I have NEVER been so shuffled around. I ended back up at customer service where the 3 associates there were so busy gossiping that they completely ignored me. Overhearing their conversation, I could tell it was NOT work related. I KNOW AT LEAST ONE OF THEM LOOKED ME IN THE EYES SO I KNOW SHE WAS AWARE THAT I WAS STANDING THERE. After 10 MINUTES I WALKED OUT!
I AM HANDICAPPED AND COULD BARELY WALK AND STAY BALANCED. THERE WERE N0 HANDICAPPED CARTS. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL FOR THAT STORE.
I came home and ordered it from Amazon.

Garden center did not have hardly anything for fall planting. No bulbs whatever.
Don't like the self checkouts.
People need jobs but you trying to do away with them. Not enough registers open. You need more people at registers especially at the most busy times.

Check you receipts carefully. Prices on the shelves don't always match the price that items ring up. Sometimes items will ring up 50% higher than marked. Employees just dismiss this claiming you looked at the wrong tag. Buyer beware!

Decent selection as Walmarts go. Fairly clean store. They seem to choose to restock at times when the store is open and VERY busy though. I never thought that made much sense.

If only ANY of the self checkouts at ALL WalMart’s actually took CASH… the lines wouldn’t b so long. Other than the long lines everything was great

Great selection but the wait for checkout is horrendous. Customer service is always excellent but the lines are always back to almost lingerie. Totally outrageous for a corporate store. No matter what time I go in this store there is only self checkout available and 1 maybe 2 registers open.

I stopped here on the way to Savanah. This store is small, but it was clean, staff friendly and they had everything I needed. Plenty of cashiers.

Was buying 6 Cardinals baseball shirts and I had to have 2 removed from my bill. They had small holes from the hanger. Went back for more and couldn't find anymore without hanger holes. Very disappointed

The store is clean and it is so nice to be able to go through a cashier checkout line, some of us do not wish to self checkout.
