Walmart Supercenter reviews
16It speaks load to close depts like customer service before the store is closed.if it's in the store and the store is open. It should be for sell.
It’s Walmart! A place u really don’t want to go unless you have to and then it never fails to meet your expectations! Lol!
I'm not a fan of this walmart. People here are rude, blocking aisles, not even moving when saying "excuse me" numerous times. Store workers are completely oblivious when trying to get some assistance. If you can find another Walmart, I'd highly suggest it.
I like shopping at Walmart, but the idea of having one person maintain more than 10 u-Scan machines makes no sense. Not one bit, not buying what you're selling. Do something incredible.
This Walmart is one of the better ones OTP south of Atlanta.shelves stocked, store and restrooms clean.
Well it's Walmart. So there's never enough cashiers working. And everybody else that is working is on their cell phone. The price of items is the only reason I still keep going.
All I needed was a battery. Earlier, I thought I would take it out at house and have neighbor take me there with return. I decided to not bother neighbor and ended as a bad move. No one checked me in for 15 min. Car sat there with only one car in bay for 30min. Told me to park outside bay. 15 min later I saw my car was moved away in parking lot. Still nothing. Asked for my keys. K-Mart sucks? No Walmart Sucks.
Nicer than others but still have to wait for an available self check out. Most are always closed or broken.
I write this review with one hand and much difficulty after a distal bicep tendon tear. But I would be negligent if I did not credit Marie in the fitting room section for her kindness, superior customer service and a positive disposition that just made my day and will keep me coming back. I am sure Sam Walton is smiling down on her today, because that is what I have read he always strove to grow all associates to achieve. Thanks Marie for making it a great experience today!
The customer service is horrible. I ask for some ink and a young lady one ale one over had to call someone, mind you it’s 8am. She calls a lady named Brittany who was suppose to be the MOD she’s horrible! She walked by me slow as a turtle after I had to wait for her to have a conversation and when the young lady told her I needed ink she states I have to go find the key. From 8am to 8: 25 I said oh no Brittany needs a review and here it is 8: 28 and she’s still not back. (WALMART YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR STAFF KEEP THE KEYS ON THEM LIKE THEY KEEP THAT BLUE VEST ON)
No help, when you ask for help, it's like they don't want to help. Very sadden the way people have become
I came in to get my battery checked. The mechanic told me where to park, so proceeded to take my keys inside. When I was explaining to the people on the inside, thinking I’d leave the keys wit them.
She thought I was dropping off my battery. I explained again.
When I went to the sitting area I could herevthem talking about me. Saying I didn’t know what the heck she wanted. And proceeded to mimic me.
Where is the customer service?
Just rude v
I don't like that they never have enough cashiers in spite of the fact that they have plenty of cash registers.
Supercenter, is where it's at, at the most affordable prices and at very good location.
Well its Walmart. What do you truly expect from these companies that have us by our throats, choking us with mass consumerism and the often times irrational drive to buy more to save more on products that we dont need. The worst feeling is to shop online for a item you need now. To see that it is in stock and to find it at a store near you and to get up and drive to the location and then get to the ailse and find it not only not there but no shelf tag or lable and a complete unorganized disaster of a planogram. Its as if they want you to go to the back stock room and pick the items yourself. Where is the customer care and pride in the employees. It wont be long before we no longer have these jobs available and are replaced by the machines. They would help me out right?
