Walmart Supercenter, Thomson GA

When I was last there, it seemed like the store was out of everything. The staff were friendly though.

I have never felt so hurt as I have today. I just lost my dad this week and all I wanted to do was make an exchange and get out of the store. The lady at customer service was more than rude and snappy (Quilla) was her name. She never apologized for her actions after seeing me upset. I pray she finds a heart soon or a new job. People like that should not be working customer service.

No buggies inside the last 3 times I've been here. Shelves are not stocked. Items are hit or miss on if you will actually find them. Produce rots 2 days after you get it. Cashiers are beyond rude and did I mention they literally have zero buggies in the return.

Very unorganized. Waited at receiving door over 20 min ringing the bell and heard people talking inside. Finally had to call the store to send a manager to unlock the door. Then the manager was in such a rush he shut the door on me before I could give him the paperwork for what I delivered and picked up.

#1. Poorly stocked shelves. Reminds me of a communist country where you are forced to buy whatever is available. #2, I went to get a shopping cart at the front of the store. The employee at the door was quick to tell me that there were none available but I could go out in the parking lot and retrieve one of my own. I thought thats what they have employees for. #3. I am so tired of the music that is so loud on the speakers that it is not a pleasant shoppy experience but rather aggravating. UPDATE. I have been back to the store twice since I have posted this review and I still cannot find any carts in the store or close to the front of the store if you go into the parking lot.

Very messy especially after the holidays. Is it just me that every time I go in Walmart I almost get ran over be a pallet jack by an employee that thinks they have the right away over the customer's?

Unlike numerous times in the past this time the lines were short, therefore checking out went fairly fast

I have a broke foot I needed a scooter to get my grocery there was 7 scooter's none.worked so I had to call my son to come and help that really made me mad

Never have items I need when I go. Checkout lines are terrible and customer service is slow.
To Top it off, your lucky to have them answer the phone. I despise this location.

This has to be the world's worst Wal-Mart! Terrible customer service. You might as well make the drive to Grovetown and deal with the traffic. I know I will be from now on.

Their employees are rude. The Manager is insufficient with training his crew customer service. The dress attire is street clothes. Even for the Manager. This Walmart is the worst ever. I know I just was banned from this store because a cashier was totally rude and totally out of professional character. Just did me a favor to never come back.

Please open more check out lines. Tired of waiting to pay, more time has been wasted at Walmart than any other store I have been in

Hate going as always no teller lines open just self check out I don't go no more unless I have to

Not a lot of traffic store was very clean and as always employees were super nice and helpful found everything i went for and came on home.very pleasant shopping experience as always.

Waited over 30 mins for a pick up on layaway they pointed me in two different directions after 5 different people said they couldn’t help I will NEVER EVER do layaway here again I’ll just go to GameStop for all my gaming needs or Target y’all suck

Undoubtedly the worst Walmart in the entire free world. Have been on file there for past 6 months as power of attorney for my mom. Have given her checks in payment for that time period. Have given Walmart a copy of poa papers. Today took 15 minutes to get check approved through CSM Rebekah. Then said their machine would not read the check. I visit several Walmarts and this is surely the absolute worst. I gave one star because I could give zero.

You can't get summer things like fans anything to do with summer after June they don't get things of that sort they did have some fans but not the one I was looking for I was going to get 2 ending up getting just 1 cause it wasn't what I wanted #! Do CEO know anything about weather?

Good luck finding someone to help you. I stood beside the dressing room and watched 3 associates stand there talking while the phone was ringing off the hook

Nothing better than going to Walmart and not getting paid to scan your own groceries. Not one register open. Not even the tobacco lane. This was at 11 ish P. M. And it was very backed up. As always. Eggs weren't scanning right cream cheese wasn't (second time in a week) and the produce reduced wasn't scanning at all. Do better Walmart.

The shelf's was not stock badly any thing was on the shelf every one was talking but now today was Sunday & Father's Day.
