Walmart Supercenter, Hampton GA

They need a better way of communicating with other associates and management other than leaving the customer service area. The way they have to go find out information from a department leaves one customer service representative and the line continues to back up. This is overwhelming for the associates and the customer

This Walmart is trash. They have absolutely NO milk on the shelves but if you look behind the shelves in their storage cooler its FULL of milk that they simply haven't restocked! So I can't buy milk because they're not bothered to restock items they have 3 feet away in their storage cooler. I asked for assistance, stood there 20 minutes and no one came so i gave up and left.

It's the typical Walmart when it's in the typical areas. When you go to the "better areas" you get better service and better stock. This is the honest truth. This is closet to me when picking up a few things. Really don't like to be in competition with the cellphone when spending money.

Don’t none of the employees act like they want they job. I was walking around helpless and couldn’t find ANY assistance I happen to come across someone with their vest on, she legit ignored me the first two times I tried getting her attention, then finally turned around and said I’m off the clock. I said well can you point me to someone else, this lady told me to go to customer service! I was speechless! Walmart has no standards apparently for hiring, the one in lovejoy at least. No wonder they have a reputation of being “in the hood”.

Not a good place to shop. Never enough cashiers working and way to many customers. Many shelves remain empty for weeks on end, unfriendly staff and prices at surrounding walmarts are normally cheaper.

This Walmart has a way better toy collection than the one on old national. But less natural hair products. Regardless the may be the best location

The items that I want are usually in stock. I think that most Walmart locations, including this one, have extensive wait times and only a few lanes open at a time. That is the reason for 4 stars. Also, compared to other retailers, they aren't competitive depending on the item/service that you need. There are really good deals on certain things here.

Walmart in Lovejoy has some nasty managers and the girl at customer service hates her job and is rude bigtime. She caused chaos over $12.32. Probably more than her hourly rate!

Absolutely hate walmarts, this one is no exception. But they do have enough cashiers which makes the painful experience more tolerable.

Most things are never stocked, but it’s in a good location. The pick up process for online orders is no good.

Crowded with rude people and the staff dont hardly know anything and on top of that the place is a mess avoid if you can

Absolute worst service ever. I came here trying to fix my straight talk service and no one was even at the stand. They just left it open and empty. I informed the assistant manager and still no one came to help me. Very garbage service coming from them.

I love this Walmart! It is nice neat and clean! The customer service is good and friendly. They have greeters at the door. It is huge and have a Lot Of products but I have never seen it very crowded. They know how to get people in and out. They are always upgrading and remodeling the interior and exterior of the building. This makes it a great asset to the community beautification. Thank you Walmart for your great products at a great price!

My number one go to store for or my needs be at Health or Home Products or beauty AIDS One Stop Shop place Wally World

This this was the worst Walmart experience I've ever had, I ended up having to leave the for my transaction was complete because a manager would not come help me

I have currently wasted 30 mins and counting. I thought ordering an item two days ago (via online pickup) would for sure give you guys enough time to have it ready. Guess not.

Awful! I called twice with no answer. Checked in on app. Waited more. Called the store main number. 3 minutes no answer. Called back and finally got an answer and a huffy apology. One person working. 20-30 minutes wasted. Never again.

Going up on prices and need to hire more workers especially at the register. I go to other stores except for meds. I complained about the price of their store brand chips weeks ago no response.

Poor services: Long lines, not enough staff to help move the lines along. Especially at customer service. Never enough help at the Hot food counter. Most of the time they run out of Hot prepare foods. The server Additube stinks.

Today I went with my child to pick up some play dough and while we were in the TOYS section, a grown man completely exposed himself. Not only is this illegal, sick, and disgusting, it was in the KIDS TOY SECTION! I told some employees but in the end, nothing was done. Nothing. Is this the new normal for walmart? !
