Walmart Supercenter, Marietta GA

Friendlier and cleaner than the other ones in the area! The people and staff are friendlier! I'll be going back to this one! I'm returning the too small phone cover though lol!

I have to start going to another Walmart because this Walmart never have enough people working. Automotive closed at 3pm the last 4 times I tried to get work done because they didn't have enough people. The black Friday sale has 8 cars waiting the workers are taking 35 min for every 2 cars and The grocery pickup is the same.

I love the fact that an item that I was looking for on Amazon wasn’t available, but I found it at Walmart.

Went back to electronics then waited 10 minutes. Then I asked an employ if the store bad apple pens, he simply said "I don't work in this section" and left. Then the guy working at electronics disappeared. I then pressed the help button and waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up. I then just left to leave the store. Once I got up to the front I asked another worker about the pens and she rolled her eyes at me and rudely said "no" so I just left. Terrible service

Very frustrating shopping trip. They were out of a minimum of six items on my list. I've had issues with them being out of stock before, but today, there were empty spaces in the shelves throughout the store.

This store has really gone downhill. Long lines, very few lanes open, bad service. The Bells Ferry store, even though farther away than Chastain Meadows, is much better. No more Chastain Meadows, unless for order pickups.

No customer service at all even you go to speak to the manager he don't wanna talk to you or apologize for what happened.

I go to Walmart often for the prices. I dont like that so many registers are do it yourself. I'm not getting paid to scan my own groceries.

This is my favorite walmart. The self check out is great and managment can always solve any issues that I have had in the past. The only thing I don't like about it is the car care center. I was told 1.5 hours foe an oil change and we waited for over 3.5 hours. It was just unreal. And the manager at this time did nothing. I most definetly will not be changing my car's oil there any more. That is the only reason why I am giving it 2 stars.

2 REGISTERS OPEN! REALLY!? WAITED IN LINE FOR 45 MIN FOR A TOOTHBRUSH MANAGEMENT WAS DOING NUTHIN BUT WALKING AROUND! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS WAL-MART!

Went during lunch, associates hard to find. Asked associate item location, associate directed me to location. Item is locked. Found same associate. Associate unlocked item. Perhaps a radio device, which pages or intercoms, to key locations would help?

Avoid the pharmacy here if at all possible. I dropped off an Rx today and was told it would take 20-30 minutes to be ready. After waiting for a full hour, they then closed for lunch! So, I wasted an hour, was late getting back to work, and STILL don't even have my Rx. Never using again.

Sorry azz Mgmt Team didn't have the self checkout area open and lines were literally backed up to the clothing racks in the store. Find out who made this hprrible decision and fire their incompetent azz

Try to buy one of those boxes to organize shelfs, didnt have a price sticker and was the only one left. The cashie was to lazy to try and figure out a price so she just wouldnt let me buy it at all. Worst custome service

The store is nice and clean, but it would have been fantastic if more lanes were opened. We went around 9pm and only 2 cashiers were checking people out along with the check yourself registers; the lines were backed up into the clothing aisles.

Long lines everywhere, and if that wasn't enough of a delay there is a queue to leave because they want to check everyones receipt. Big disappointment with all the delays just to pay for my goods and get out of there.

Cashier needs to count money so she is not short change nor is the customer. Otherwise, very nice store although extremely busy Saturday night and self-service lanes all closed so the lines were so long I had to walk out and return in the morning.

One of the trashiest walmarts I've ever been too. The employees all hate their life and I feel like we are going to get stabbed everytime we walk out the door. Oh wait someone totally did get stabbed in the parking lot.that actually happened

Piss poor customer service, took 25 minutes to get thru the check out line, and it took 15 minutes before we figured out who managed which section of the store so we could ask that specific person for what we wanted. What a joke.

Took 30 minutes to find someone to help in photo. 4 customers waiting when he finally got there. No one anywhere around. We called the store went to customer service and it still took over 30 minutes.
