Walmart Supercenter reviews
27This is the worst Walmart ever! Customer service is horrible and the managers are incompetent! Waited over 30 minutes for someone to come and open a case for my son to get a game for his birthday. After waiting, someone finally came and told us that they couldn’t access the keys to the case. How are you the overnight manager and don’t have access to keys that open something in your store! I will gladly give target my money from now on!
Georgia Peach Saweetie Towing visits Walmart at least 2x a week. This Walmart had alot of carts so we didn't have to wait for a cart or stalk customers to their cars to get their cart to shop. We visited Walmart for a Dash Cam for our Tow Truck, New Battery & Wiper Blades
Covid guidelines was they only thing they didn't have.i felt like i was walking through the valley of the shadow of death.i had no Shepard and a lot of fears.just plain ol unsanitary
The store is ok! If ya don’t mind the people always begging for money at all the stop signs around the store or the bomb threats that got called into this location: first quarter of 2021!
Watch out for all the pedestrians walking to this location
On par with every other Walmart I’ve been to. Auto care center was closed due to being short-staffed. Other than that, everything was top notch
Too busy for time off day. I was told by an associate that their cutting the employees hrs which is the wrong time of year to do that
Walmart Willow lane McDougnah, ga very friendly staff, always helpful in most departments. Just don't go to this store on the first of the month unless you don't have anything else planned for that day
This Walmart located in Mcdonough is one of my favorites. Clean restroom and open 24 hrs. WiFi available and it’s right off of I-75
Walmart is not the most convenient place to go to, I get what I need at a low price. Only complaint is the long lines and not enough registers. Since Mcdonough is growing they will have to get more people to work on registers. I guess they do that to keep the cost low for them and for us to keep shopping there.
Bad management here! (Former employee) that’s why shelves look horrible, managers complain about helping employees alllll the time, I wouldn’t recommend working here to my worst enemy, half of the time my supervisor was asleeep in personnel!
The self checkout line had approximately 28 people waiting to check out and they only had 4 other registers open for checking out. It is the last weekend before school starts and they should have more employees available for checking out customers. Even when it's just a normal weekend, the checkout lines are very long with approximately 20 to 30 minutes to wait for checkout.
Checking out was a little difficult due to mechanical failure but the overall experience was a pleasant surprise. The workers were great.
This Walmart didn't have the things I needed like I got from Hudson Bridge Walmart and 138 Stockbridge Walmart
Someone ran into me with their cart because they were not paying attention. Then someone else pulled a gun on me in the parking lot. People fly through the parking lot and kids are running around without parents around. Someone almost hit a kid the last time I was there and his parents were no where to be found! The car didn't even slow down!
Great except around 9: 30-10 when they close self checkout and only have 1 or 2 registers open! Can't understand why the can't just open one for credit cards only. Wouldn't even need money in a register for that!
The lines are ALWAYS super long. There's never enough registers open. I HATE coming here but it's the closest one to my house.
Somewhat busy, just enough cashier on. Quite a few empty shelves and in the produce area. Have several people out restocking shelves.
It was a breeze coming to shop here at this supercenter being that it was incredibly late and there were no lines to hold us for half an hour or better like in Miami. The one cashier in the place was talkative but very sweet and helpful. My only dislike was the lack of women and children's shoes isn't it true that Wal-Mart typically restock late night for the next day maybe it wasn't a truck day (No shipments). Any who very nice store.
This place is not the cleanest Walmart ever, staff are not always friendly, it doesn't have as much as other Walmarts and there are always panhandlers outside. If given the choice I'd go up a few exits or down a few to another Walmart.
Store is clean and well-stocked considering the fast turnover of products. (Items are constantly being restocked, no slacking in that area.) I appreciate that on the rare occasion I cannot a specific item I can usually locate an employee to assist me, unlike the Morrow store.
