Walmart Supercenter, Cartersville GA

Nice place to shop, although kinda crowed these days, but always find what I'm looking for and the people are very friendly.

Very nice staff and the eye doctor was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to take care of me.

I recently had surgery and used delivery app. Very well pleased and driver was kind and made sure my groceries were well protected. If needed I will use this service again and pass word of my excellent service. Thank you

First time ever writing one of these, but the customer service in this place is an absolute joke. Stood in line for 18 minutes to return 3 simple things. Mom with toddler in front of me brought to tears because her kid lost it while standing there waiting so long. Wonder how she would rate her experience? Entire line of people shaking their head in disbelief. One person working had absolutely no sense of urgency or care at all.several other workers dawdle by at a snails pace oblivious to anything around them. Disgusting! They should be ashamed, and treat people with complete and total disregard for their customers time. Whoever is in charge must have been on lunch.

Typical Walmart. Had to wait for dysfunctional cashier to get herself together but at least the prices are relatively low.

Christmas eve and there were very few signs of anything Christmas in the store. Wow. No candy no Christmas clothing for adult women. Wal-Mart shame on you

The pharmacy is the worst! They run out of medicine and act like it's no big deal! The cashiers are terrible! Literally had a cashier just stand at her computer doing nothing while I just waited and waited in line and none of the pharmacists even paid attention that she was not calling anyone up! I hate this pharmacy but it does have the cheapest prices for people paying out of pocket I must admit!

Don't bother taking your car here unless you want to wait two hours for them to do an oil change then afterwards when you see your car no longer in the garage to be told that you still need your tires rotated and they are "so backed up on tire jobs" either hire more employees or don't have it. If you need an oil change don't bother. Waste of time. Otherwise the store is ok as far as WalMart goes.

Store was out of stock on several items I needed as usual and only self checkout was available. Dog food all over the floor in pet department.

This Wal-Mart is hit or miss on whether it is stocked or not. That would be my main complaint other than understaffing like most Walmarts. That being said, they carry more items than small town Walmarts near us. Not bad but overpriced in my opinion for the lack of service personnel in the store.

Nothing stays in stock even the simplest thing are never in stock like deodorant or bottled water. They don’t seem to order enough for the demand I don’t get why. Even the staff have said “oh they only put in a order for 2 boxes” when I asked about deodorant. Guess this is just a Walmart thing see this issue posted a lot

Did not have everything I needed. It the holiday it should be stocked at all times. The biggest super center in Cartersville.

Only one checkout was open. Store doesn't keep groceries stocked. Always out of the normal things I buy. Walmart's customer service has really gotten bad over the last few years. Sam Walton must be turning over in his grave. His values sure have been forgotten.

Hate shopping in Walmart. If they haven't moved it, they're not carrying it to punish vendors who don't meet their unreasonable wholesale expectations.

I've been to Walmart at all times of the day and night. The past few times that I've gone after 11 or 12 at night has been the best. The employees, and the people that stock have been awesome. Several has have asked me if I need help finding something or getting something. And they just seem like they go above and Beyond. The store itself is very organized and clean even though at that time of night they're stocking.

I paid for my stuff and got accused of stealing so I will never be back at police Add your writing 1st there is no ragging

This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been. When I asked someone for help they acted like I was bothering them. I would go to Target or Kroger any day!

I am a white woman engaged to a black man. While he was looking for our car management came out and accused him of looking in cars for stuff to steal. I was standing at the front of the store waiting for him listening to the whole conversation has very disappointed and my Cartersville Walmart

Do not bring kids up there late.everytime I have walked out of the store the stock crew seems to always be on break and all you hear is cursing while they smoke next to the entrances. Were I a manager over this store I would be embarrassed to the class of your stock workers at night.

I shop thire everyday after work, or as I need to. I have the app so everything is the lowest price around. If not then they will pay you the difference between the prices. I have already made 15 bucks for in store use on the app.
