Walmart Supercenter, Union City GA

I wish I could tell the world not to ever bring your your car here. I asked to have my car alignment tires balance and rotating which they did but I had to turn around after I pulled off because my car was shaking I was advised that the alignment was not straight with the steering wheel so they supposed to be fixed that I got on the highway and it was still shaking so I said something else was going so 2 weeks later I took it to another shop that said that I need it two new tires I shouldn't have gotten and alignment with those tires I should have been advised that I needed new tires but I wasn't advised that so I may not have needed I take it to the other shop it cost me 35 dollars just for them to tell me I needed two new tires I come back too Mavis I have to pay $169 for new tires which they should have and I might not help me get an alignment. I was told that the person that did the balance overlooked that I needed tires how can you overlook that

No designated area for online pickups. Had to go in. Couldn't find anyone to help me with a large item

Well I went after church and it was not stock and choices were not good I had to leave and go elsewhere I will give it a 3

This store seems to be under construction inside, it has been this way for weeks. The lines are always long. I mean going past the jewelry case or into the clothing. Self checkout is the worst, the line is sometimes all the way to the meat department. I would suggest to simply go to a different Wal Mart if you have a choice.

Not as stocked nor as friendly staff as other Walmart. Parking lot very trashy too; but I guess it is enough to get the things you need

This store in Union City is horrible. There is always just one line open and self checkout lane is also full because of this. It doesn’t matter if it’s a holiday or not it’s always bad!

If you drive a nice car be cautious they break into your vehicles in the parking lot while you're shopping. Pot holes in parking lot. Security that rides parking lot has road rage yelling and cursing at me because I had my signal on waiting to turn in a parking space.

Ugh I hate this Walmart it is always crowded and never enough cashiers, the self checkout is just as bad as regular lanes since half of machine only take cash only and other half only take cards so that causes a line.

Good customer service. It is nice that this Walmart has the same layout as the Walmart I usually go to. My only COMPLAINT IS that the Walmart sign is too low and too far back from the street. It is not visible until you are right up on it when you need to turn into the parking area.

Always well stock management however need to learn how to properly speak to staff in front of customer very unprofessional to scoll another adult pointing fingers at an employee in front of customers uncall for better training needed

I visit here frequently since it is near my workplace. I always am greeted by friendly faces especially Mr. Bobby. The lines at this store are normally shorter and move quicker than other locations.

Picked up new Flowerr glasses. Joycelyn was courteous and professional. She greeted me on arrival with a smile and did not keep me waiting. Vl

Management is terrible they had upwards of 20 people in line at 100 a.m. And only 1 cash register open they only opened another register when people started complaining. Even though its late this is still a 24 hour store and should be getting customer out in a timely manner. This was ridiculous

Don’t buy the SO CALLED CUT/SLICED FRUIT! It makes no sense to spend the CASH we do spend and it is spoiled with 3 days regardless the date on the package. The shelves are never stocked at anytime of day. Lastly, at times all the shopping cart are all in the parking lot and never collected.

This walmart is ridiculous the stock compared to others is a shame if you are going to one go to hwy 85 riverdale it awesome from stock to the service you receive and the lines aren't a mile long

Always loooooong lines and 2 maybe 3 cashiers open at night im serious. I end up going to Kroger or drive all the way to the Douglasville location

Warning! Check your reciepts this is the second time I was charged twice for an item. I now have to go to customer service for refund.

A little disorganized and a bit ghetto. They should hire someone to specifically organize the carts. Management needs to focus on this and some of those mindless (I don't care about anything) employees.

Close to home when I don't feel like running all over town get my dog treats there shirts socks ect.
