Our experience at the showroom was great. The purchase was done professionally. Our issue was delivery. The driver got stuck in our yard and this resulted in the two employees to get red mud on their shoes. They proceeded to track this into our the mess was left on the cream colored carpet. I spent the next hour having to clean my carpet.

Susan was knowledgeable of her products and excited in helping us make these important decisions.

Very fine furniture, but when I called with a simple after sale issue regarding assembly, the customer care manager did not even return my call and asked another employee to tell me to “take a picture” and send it to them. Unacceptable. If this is not resolved by this manager, I will not shop here again!

A day later…
I saw your response. The representative I spoke to told me that she was not the customer service manager. That said, if they were listening, they would know that it is NOT a manufacturing issue, but that your people failed to assemble the furniture correctly. I also see that you have a tendency to place blame on the customer rather than taking responsibility. Now you are also blaming the manufacturer! Nice furniture, terrible customer service after the sale.

Lisa was fabulous; knowledgeable, friendly, and put in a lot of effort to answer my many questions and put a deal together for our new living room furniture! We will go back next time we need anything for our home!

Weinberger’s is a great place to find furniture. We went in to find a sleeper sofa, and they worked with us to get us the right model in the right color at the right price. Stop here first for your furniture needs!

Lisa was The Best! She was So helpful. I shopped over the phone - she sent me pictures to confirm what I was looking for and to top it off it was on Clearance and in a box! And Then she went Above and Beyond and delivered it personally to Athens since she was coming my way. Can't ask for Better Service. Will definitely be calling Lisa for my next purchases!
