Love Wiley's they take time to help you find just what you need delivery is prompt delivery people very courteous

Amazing local furniture shop, they have everything fron living room suites to appliances and so much more love that they now have a section for all the goodies at Horton general store

Wiley's has a beautiful selection of furniture and it's locally owned and operated. I haven't bought a piece of furniture for a few years and found out how prices have sky-rocketed. There are different quality levels and prices. Then there is the back building with markdowns. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable about the furniture and friendly, gave me a quote on a high quality love seat and wrote everything down for me. They deliver quickly for a small fee and set up and take away an old item if that's what you want.

We bought a washing machine in 2019. As normal, things breakdown. We called for a service tech. I do not have the vocabulary to describe how hapy we are with the response and service.

A good family owned business that stands by there commercial. It's true they treat you like family.

My husband and I brought a mattress in 2019 from this store, it was a bit pricey. Their customer service was excellent, until we had to exchange the mattress not once but twice! Now calling is a nightmare, leaving a messages with no response. We have given up waiting for a return call from the owner! Buyer’s be careful!

They have friendly service, good selection, reasonable prices. Plus a knowledgable, fair price repairman to help you with your repair needs. It's the only place I call for repairs

We were going through a nightmare cross-country move and none of our household items were delivered. We went to several other furniture stores in the Rincon area and the sales people were not friendly and thought we were weird for wanting furniture to take off the floor or be delivered in a few days. We walked into Wiley's and the sales person was friendly and helpful without being pushy. We explained we needed basics because our things were still on the other side of the country. She told us they absolutely sold off the floor AND had items in a warehouse. But I almost kissed her when she told us she would able to get our items on the delivery truck. THAT DAY! We bought a bedroom set, mattress set, a sofa, coffee table and a desk. Sure enough, the guys came that afternoon with our things and set them up. It took them less than an hour. We will not buy furniture from anywhere else for as long as we live in Effingham County.

I have bought from Wiley's for a while now and I am very impressed with their customer service.

They were the only place that carried off the old furniture so I bought couch and recliner.
